手頃な価格、清潔で清潔なオーシャンフロント1階のデュプレックス。 サーフシティに位置し、船底の境界線上にあるこの場所は家族のための多くの活動を提供しています。 所有者による礼儀として、5つのビーチバッジがテナント用に提供されます。 しかし、それらは保証されていません。
テナント用に3つの路外駐車スペースがあります。
予約の確認：すべてのお客様は、予約後48時間以内に賃��契約に同意するか完了する必要があります。 予約の最終確認は、賃貸契約と最終所有者の承認が完了した時点で行われます。 特に明記されていない限り、レンタルは最低1週間で、通常土曜日から土曜日までです。 いいえペット（ペットに優しい場合を除く）、いいえPROMS。 結婚式はありません。

Great location walking distance to food shopping ice cream and two mini golf courses Lower floor of duplex but big deck and looking at the dune was nice Private walkway to beach House had everything one needs

Perfect location, charming and fun

My kids and I had a wonderful time at this charming perfect location spot. Outside area on deck to catch a breeze and have dinner, private catwalk and public beach entrance around the corner. Surf city hotel, Playa bowls and lots more to walk to. We will be back for sure!!

Incredible location

The positives: incredible location with private walkway to the beach, reasonable price for the location, very responsive contact at Mary Allen Realty and owners when the wifi did not work. Although it is an older unit, it has an open floor plan, they have updated many of the appliances (eg stove), and have a shady deck with a working outdoor grill and outdoor table/chairs on the deck. The negative: the place was not clean. In the cupboards, there were coffee grounds in the bottom of cups and grease on dishes, and there was sand on cushions of couches. The wifi did not work (but was quickly fixed!). The logistics of renting were onerous. Instead of paying through VRBO and honoring the standard VRBO agreement, we had to sign online documents with the realtors through a docusign portal. The realtors would not accept a credit card payment (one less protection for us). Key pick up and drop off was at the realtor office and took time because of the distance and the office was south of the causeway and the rental was north of the causeway.

Excellent beach front property

The house itself was a bit dated but still had all the accommodations we needed for our stay. Anything the house lacked in modern luxury was more than made up for by the private entrance to the beach. All in all I would rent this property again in the future if given the opportunity.

Great Location!

This was a great location. Right in the center of the island. Playa bowl right on the street. Beach was steps outside the door. Some shops and restaurants and icecream were within walking distance. House was older not fancy but to have the beach be steps away was amazing!!! My family had a great week!

Perfect location!

Overall I was very pleased with our rental. The location couldn't be beat, and the layout of the house was fantastic for accommodating a lot of people. Everything was clean and the kitchen was very well-stocked in terms of pots/pans and dishes. The only problems I had were that the dishwasher and the trash. The d/w had a funny hook-up where we had to hook a hose up to the sink faucet. It was difficult to do and there were no instructions. We finally got it hooked up, but it just didn't get the job done and the dishes remained dirty so we had to hand-wash dishes throughout the vacation. As far as the trash, the previous guests never brought the trash bins back to the house from the street, so we had to do that. In addition, the recycling bins had never been taken out, so every bin was full. We had to take all of them out for pick up. But that's all details. The location was perfect and we really enjoyed our stay!
