The bed sizes are as follows:

1 Queen (downstairs bedroom)

1 Twin (top bunk, weight limit 170 pounds)

Main bedroom has a king size bed and the living room couch pulls out into a queen sized bed. Third floor bedroom has bunk beds and an additional single twin bed. Downstairs is another bedroom. The other downstairs bedroom (4th bedroom) is currently used as a second living room with a pullout couch, TV, and kitchenette.

The kitchen and dining area has plenty of space to eat, work, use your laptop, or play board games (several board games are in the pantry closet).

There are beach toys, chairs, and a wagon in the garage. Also the garage has a foosball and air hockey game. The living room has a massage chair.

Do not pull on the towel bar or put any excessive weight on it. If the towel bar is pulled off the wall you will be charged $75 for the repair.

Highly recommended

5 stars across the board. Our host was great! The battery died on the keypad to open the door and he was super quick with a response to let us in. He then replaced it with a new keypad in a day or so to keep it convenient for our group! There’s a grocery store 2 blocks away and they have good deals. The walk to the beach is about 3 minutes. Atlantic waffle company is a block away and has great food.

Extended stay with the family dogs

My husband and I and our 2 dogs stayed here for 5 weeks. The house is in a perfect location for the beach and restaurants, you could walk to everything. My husband was working from the property so having living areas upstairs and on the ground floor was very useful and the WiFi was perfect. All in all the stay was great, a couple of things to point out are - there isn’t a grill outside or anywhere to sit outside as a group, the kitchen equipment is very limited but would probably be OK if you were not cooking, the stairs are wooden and slippery so if you have older dogs this is not great. Joseph was very responsive and answered all of our questions, thank you for sharing your property with us.
