Great little cottage

We loved this beach house. Plenty of room. Clean and comfortable. Interesting history as researched and recorded by owner. Easy walk to shops beach and creek. Would definitely recommend, especially for a couple or young family.

Reviewer Comments: Having grown up with grandparents and family that live in Crescent Head, I walked past this little place a thousand times and I’ve always loved its character. This year, we chose to spend Christmas at Capri and it was absolutely perfect. The perfect little getaway property, close to everything Crescent Head has to offer. Perfect for 2 adults and 3 children (or 5 adults if 3 want a single bed) and there’s a couple of trundles to have extra if you need.

Reviewer Comments: Perfect little house with the most refreshing view from the living/dining area......fresh frangipani fragrance floats through the ample windows as I admired the ocean views. I didn't want to leave the house, it was so tranquil, relaxing and had very tasteful good quality features inside. One Block flat walk to town and an easy 10 min walk to the beach or river/campground via Willow st. Great option for older kids to have safe independence being able to walk to everything the town has to offer. If you have little kids there is a huge grass backyard for them to play in. Lovely helpful owners and estate agent as well. Would definitely stay again !

There is some great information at the house about how it came to be and has been handed down over the years. The house is very clean, well equipt, a 5 minute walk to the beach and for those who are interested - 102 steps from the bakery! We thought this house was fabulous value for money and we will be back.

Excellent value & cute as can be!

Fabulous value; very cute little cottage; everything required is present, even for family cooking in the kitchen - a sweet teapot, milk jug, & cups & saucers, make for a beautiful morning tea in the sun :-) Given the price, it would be unrealistic to expect 5 star accomodation. Instead this is a cute, comfortable, light filled, very conveniently located cottage, that is perfect for a family, couple or even single. We will definitely aim to stay here again.
