Everything was great for our stay. Only thing I would suggest to make it even better would be some more pots, pans, and mixing bowls. House was clean and very nice as was the pool.

No dream, visibly broken bed in 1st rm downstairs.

Roaches. Kitchen poorly stocked. We paid for pool heat none. And then when we checked out mgmt say they went out and it was heating like were are lying. They never came the whole time were there 5 days.

Renter beware

This house is in serious need of updating and looks like it hasn’t been maintained in several years. The walls have writing all over them and the carpet is stained and very worn. If you have kids, the garage playroom is a dump and stinks horribly. We wouldn’t let our kids out there. It was such a disappointment. The furniture in the movie room is ripped and the pool table has holes in it. We had several fans that didn’t work due to the batteries needing replacement. The kitchen supplies are sparse and the dishwasher leaked. We had to call maintenance 3 times during our week stay. Lastly, the internet is not stellar. I would caution people on renting this house.

House was large enough for larger families. Needs paint badly and minimal kitchen items outside of plates for large groups. Some items broken.

Renter Beware!!!!!!

We experienced several issues during our rental of this property last weekend. Issues ranging from: Very unclean premises, worn/dated carpet/walls and very bad internet connections, limited towels, etc.. We rented the unit so that we could hold our virtual teen conference for 12 teens. Spent over a few thousand in Conference Registration but could only attend less than 15% of it due to the house's issues with internet connection. We called the Mgmt Company as soon as we checked in and had to leave a message yet no one called us back (despite the voicemail that states 30 min call back). I left several messages, yet no call back. The next morning I emailed them and finally got a text at 8:30 saying someone was on route. They did not arrive until 1:00PM. Mind you our conference ended at 4pm so we've missed most of it now. They said that not having the internet is not an emergency. I explained to them that I emailed PRIOR to booking to ensure that we would have connectivity, otherwise we would have gone with another option. The maintenance guy that came out was friendly but the manager that I spoke with said she wouldn't reimburse us for anything except the cleaning fee. Even though we wasted thousands (between registration fees and house rental fees which were all wasted since there was NO internet)! We also experienced the following: - Limited bath towels (only 1 bath towel left in each bathroom) - Carpet was worn, dated and dirty - Walls and baseboards were simply put filthy - Rails in stairway scratched up (paint could have fixed this) - Vents were filthy - Paint peeling from the walls - Carpet Remnant taped to the floor and tape was peeling - Not enough cooking supplies (Pans) - Pool area screen was torn allowing mosquitos in - Bedding in the pictures is not what you get. Many were replaced with worn, old motel 6 type solid brown itchy comforters. I explained ALL of this to the Villa Direct (Property Mgmt) and they said "Thank you for bringing this to our attention but we won't be able to fit any of that until November because the house is booked most of the time prior to that"! If you have booked this house or plan to, I would highly suggest you look into another property until they fix this house.

Enjoyable experience

We enjoyed this stay at championsgate. The property was as described. The management was responsive to my many questions ahead of time, and helpful. The check in process was much more simple than we have had to deal with at other properties. The resort facilities were very nice! Lazy river, water slide, heated pools, bar poolside. We had a great time!

Family Vacation

Our family had a great time at this property. The location to the Oasis Club was great and easily walkable with small children. The back patio was relaxing as there are no direct back yard neighbors. My only suggestion would be for renters to add plastic cups to their shopping list. Plastic is to be used by the pool but the property had very few plastic cups and very few glass ones as well. Adding red solo cups to the shopping trip was an easy fix. Overall I would highly recommend this property.
