Ormond by the sea stay

Condo was clean and had everything we needed along with plenty of extra amenities for the beach. This is a great and affordable place to vacation on the water. The host was also extra nice and especially communicative in making sure our stay was hassle free as possible.

Awesome condo AA++ Place to Stay

Incredibly clean, modernized, updated condo. Great to stay in, condo has all the beach items you need. Great TV options, Bose sound system and appliances. Owner is great to communicate with and awesome to work with. Will make sure to stay here again.

The location was fantastic, getting up to see the sunrise and ocean on our own balcony was great. The place was well laid out and meticulously maintained. One of the best places we have ever stayed and would go back without hesitation. No complaints or suggestions for improvements.

Paradise in Ormond Beach

Our vacay was one of the best ever thanks to Tim's property in Ormond Beach! The condo was beautifully decorated had everything we needed for our stay, and the location is perfect! We were close to local restaurants, grocery and shopping. The beach is amazing, there were only a few walkers, fisherman, and sunbathers each day. We will be back!

Great vacation spot

I really enjoyed this place. It’s very well stocked with everything!! Could be because of weather but the sand is not really for kids to play in, but they did like the pool. And the garage is a plus but for small vehicles only.

Thank you very much for the kind words. The rain does make the sand harder for a bit. It is pretty cool when dry for a while. They call it Coquina Coral sand. Beauty at its finest

This was a nice quiet place to stay and spend time on the upstairs balcony looking out at the beautiful ocean. Even though it rained it still was awesome. The home was very well stocked with everything needed for the beach.

We have stayed here twice now and absolutely love this place!!! It right across from the beach it has a pool for the evenings. It's also very clean!!! That's a huge plus for us!!! Tim and his assistant are so kind and attentive. we will be staying again next time as well...

I love living on the ocean.
The sunrises each morning are just magical!
Gorgeous!
So much fun here, so much to do
This is on the "Scenic Trail" which is world renown for a great motorcycle or car ride.
Take a ride along the ocean, then over the draw bridge over the intercoastal and through the marsh land and canals, only to turn to go through the state park in the woods with a tree canopy over you, super Beautiful!
Daytona Beach is 10 miles south down the ocean with all the clubs and fun board walk and rides.
Flagler Beach is north approximately 12 miles with a great long extended fishing pier just past the pristine state park.
St Augustine a bit further north and is so so super very cool!!
Amazing, the oldest city in the US is a super must see!
Rated number one best light display at Christmas!
Horse drawn Chariots, Forts with cannons defending the coast hundreds of years ago.
Cobble stone roads, the epidemy of a Quaint Town!
Boat parades, beautiful Marinas and special events and Local restaurants with events displaying their culinary best.
All of these destinations with the ocean to guide you with all of its beauty and splendor.

Take a walk down Wisteria Lane, our road next to our Ocean Dunes community to the intercoastal waterway.
We have a special dock and chairs reserved just for us, Ocean Dunes Association
Can relax and watch the Yhats cruise by only 30 feet away going north or south
Beautiful sunsets!!
We have a nice large Wood stairway for Ocean Dunes and our neighbor residents only ramp on the North end of the Property to Ocean, as well as a South Access stair way for Ocean Dunes only
Both just at the end of our property.
A new Shell Convince and gas store is next to us, Very nice and convenient!
Just a perfect high end condo to be able to truly, get away and relax!
Great Neighbors if you like to walk your dogs and say hello
Beach says no dogs but..., No cars, no lifeguards, no beach patrol
Just pure peace and tranquility
Very quite and private, really is as if it is your own beach as far as the eye can see, both north and south
Set up your own personal world with umbrellas, canopies, tents, coolers , beach toys, beach carts Surf Board, Boogie boards, ect... all included
or, just maybe a chair and beach towls and a whole lot of soaking up peaceful sound of beach air, and a nice book to curl up and relax.
