Occupied the condo for several days. Comfortable, nicely appointed and a good location. Only issue was the construction in front of the office. Though for quick key return one can get down to Gem Street, then go around through the construction if you are heading to boise or Hailey.

Not what it looks like

Bed was terrible and very old and used. Rotated the mattress. It did not help. Old building 1970's old bathroom looked like paint was covering mold. Nice deck outside! Completely unusable as snow covered it completely. I cleared the snow from the patio as this was blocked and was an EMERGENCY exit.

Could use a refresh per another reviewer

We found the location to be perfect for our visit and really enjoyed the fireplace during the -4 degrees weather. However per another reviewer we found the condo to need a little bit of a refresh. Nothing too serious and the cost was excellent based on location.

Work weekend in Sun Valley

This property is a bit dated but well stocked in the kitchen with things needed to cook but don't expect anything complementary like coffee, nice pillows or heat. The property management company made things about as inconvenient as possible and check/out required 4 visits to the offsite office in Ketchum and I still never got amenities passes to use as I was not able to make it in during business hours to sign for things despite trying to do this the day of check in but I arrived at 2pm before my work meeting started for the afternoon/evening I was told it is not possible to do this as check in is between 4pm and 5:30pm so they insisted I come back which I could not do. The property management Alpine Lodging is not flexible or convenient for Sun Valley properties. It was a very different experience than I have ever had before with VRBO and a very different experience than my co-workers had with lodging check in. Disappointed at the lack of guest customer service. I Had to do an after hours check in which involves a lock box at an office in Ketchum about 3 miles from the Sun Valley property which required driving when it was dumping snow. By the time I was able to get back to town to get keys get back to sun valley to get settled for the night it was after 9pm. They had turned the heat way down in the condo and I discovered that they don't offer complementary coffee or tea and grocery stores which are back in Ketchum were closed. It took a couple hours to heat.

What a wonderful stay.... Convenient check-in and check-out. Location Location Location!! Great spot to be in as its close to the resort/pools/restaurants. Rent a bike and head downtown. Definitely a place we will return!!!

The condo was comfortable and well-equipped, with strong WiFi and ample outlets which made remote work a breeze. Sure, the decor might benefit from a modern touch, but the unit had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The complimentary Sun Valley pool pass was an added perk and a great way to unwind after exploring the Wood River Trail. Finally, my experience with the Alpine Lodging team, specifically Esther, was very positive. I'm hoping for a return trip to SV again soon!

We love the setup, we appreciate all the brightness of the rooms with all the windows, great kitchen. It even has a humidifier. The last two years we are disappointed with the lack of care regarding the iced up walkways. We know it is part of the seasonal reality but there is no shovel or icemelt, no response from repeated calls to Sun Valley maintenance. It is a real safety hazard on the walkways immediately near the entrance. Since there was not any response from any of the people we were told to call, we are writing this review in hopes the owners will see it and take appropriate actions. Thank you.

Location can't be beat. Easy to walk to the Lodge and all the shops and restaurants at the resort. Bus stop extremely close to the front door, that can take you anywhere in Ketchum or Hailey. We also walked to Dollar mountain a number of times (about 15-20 minutes walk). Kitchen is very well equipped for meals of any type. Bed and living room furniture very comfortable. Locker for ski equipment.

Cute Condo

I've stayed at this condo 3 times. I love the location and that it is clean and comfortable to stay there. I love sitting on the nice patio to read and I appreciate the king size bed. I appreciate that there is a way to watch live tv. Some of the other condos I've stayed in just have streaming, so I would have missed watching the U.S. open tennis tournament if I hadn't been at this condo. Thank you to the owners!

Nice place, very convenient to all Sun Valley amenities

My partner and I stayed for 5 days and it was clean & comfortable. The kitchen is well equipped and it was a quick walk to the Sun Valley Village and pools.

Not Quite as Advertised

Property featured pictures of a large exterior deck with several blooming flowers. There were no flowers and the deck was filthy. Perhaps the 1 oz toiletries were a bit chinsey-- even the TSA allows 3 ounces!

Convenient Location

Well maintained condo. Assuming 1970-1980 constitution. Nice furnishings. Clean and everything in good working order. Bed was comfortable and leather sofa and chair/ottoman were nice. Kitchen had what we needed and more, counters were Formica but in good condition so just be aware. Very convenient for free bus around town and through the valley. We parked our car at arrival and bussed the whole time! Enjoyed the outside patio and umbrella provided shade. We will book this condo again.
