That said, we're sorry the presentation of the property fell short on arrival. A deep clean has already been scheduled to bring the standard back up to where it should be. I’m truly sorry to hear about your disappointing experience. I completely understand your frustration, and I sincerely apologize for the condition of the property during your stay. This is definitely not the experience we want to provide our guests. The issues you’ve raised with the carpet, spider webs, and unclean dishes are completely unacceptable. I’m addressing these concerns with our cleaning team to ensure that the property is thoroughly cleaned and maintained before each guest arrives.
