Very nice home with great views of the water. Very clean and newly renovated downstairs, including a new kitchen and appliances. The management company was very responsive and helpful.The pool is heated so our grandkids were able to come over and visit play in the pool. They had a blast!

We enjoyed the heated pool. Saw the dolphins every morning at 9:30. We cooked in 2 nights the kitchen was well stocked.

The property was in a great area. It could use some updating like new mattresses. We were called 2 times to let different companies in the house and had internet issues.

Beautiful waterfront property with abundant wild bird watching.Pool was fantastic, slight issue with air conditioning cooling all rooms.Short walk to the beach made this an excellent location

My sisters and I aged 80, 75, 73 years young. Young all enjoyed salty sunrise. It was in a great area close to the beach and close to other activities. The house was very clean when we got there. The kitchen is fully stocked and has everything that you could need and us three bedrooms. Excuse me, four bedrooms and three full baths. The house had a great view and back, the pool was delightful and heated, and we saw natural wildlife everyday. Herons, and dolphins were a constant site. The only problem I had,( I was the 80-year-old) is that I stayed upstairs, the stairs were a bit narrow steep, but that was stated in the description of the house. However I was amazed that the bath/spa did not have a safety bar to hold on to to get into the shower. I was constantly afraid of falling. Other than that, we would definitely come back to Indian Rocks Beach. It was a beautiful area.

Amazing View of Waterway

We stayed here with our two young adult daughters and my in-laws. House was perfect size for us all, and the view from the dock was the perfect spot for your morning coffee or an evening drink. We enjoyed our stay!

Excellent family stay

Plenty of room and amenities for our family of 6- grandparents and kids. Pool and dock were great. Linens ample and beds comfy! A/c cold and neighborhood friendly and quiet. Short walk to the beach!

Great place! All the reviews are spot on. We did see dolphins from the back yard. Indian rocks beach is the perfect small town close to everything fun without a long drive. One thing I will say is if you have someone with mobility issues and you plan to have them stay in the bottom bedroom the bed is super high and a walker does not fit in the downstairs bathroom. This house isn’t listed as handicapped accessible for a reason. That was totally my fault. Just don’t want someone else to assume what I did. This is a must stay place for able bodied people!!!

Awesome Property

The home was amazing. We had a family of eight and there was plenty of room. Very clean and a great location. We made some wonderful memories catching fish from the private dock. The pool was awesome, large, and very warm. We would definitely stay hiere again. Thank you for a great experience.

My family had a great stay at this IRB house. It’s a great location. The view is beautiful. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and allow for privacy. We enjoyed sitting on the dock, wading in the pool, walking along the beach and ordering in from local restaurants. We look forward to our next stay.

Best house in Indian Rocks!

We have stayed in many houses in Indian Rocks and surrounding communities and this house topped them all! Everything was exactly like we thought it would be! Pool was fabulous! And the location to restaurants and the beach was perfect! Can't wait to come back!

Family vacation

Our family had a great stay in this beautiful home. We especially loved fishing off the dock and swimming in the pool. One of the kids left a special item behind which was quickly found and is on the way back to us. Over the top service! Thank you!! Would definitely stay here again!

Beautiful property- great location!

We so enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house, great location for quiet relaxation! ( away from the crowded commercial beaches) The views were spectacular from the house and the dock. Loved seeing sunsets and sunrises from the privacy of this rental. The pool was an added treat which made this home perfect for our family gathering. Thank you for sharing this treasure with us. A Fun time was had by all!

Very nice!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was spacious and clean. Plenty of room for my husband and I, my mother & father in law and our daughter, with a bedroom to spare. Quiet neighborhood with a private dock which we enjoyed a glass of wine in evenings. The pool was clean and refreshing. The only negatives I could say would be the downstairs bedroom was warm at night (the box fan helped) and there were no functional pool floats other than infant ones. We would stay here again!

Graduation/Family Fun!

This home was true to its listing and did not disappoint! We had 4 kids ages 17-20 who love to fish and the dock was absolutely perfect. They caught a variety of species. The adults were able to sit back and enjoy the quiet atmosphere and watch the dolphins, and beautiful sunrises and sunsets. We ventured to the beach for more fishing and sun bathing and back to the house for more relaxing poolside. We brought along our jet skis and accessed the inner coastal waterway via the public ramp nearby and rode to a sandbar a couple days as well. The ample driveway parking was a bonus as well as the garage space for storage of gear. The upstairs master bedroom will get a bit warm during the day so it’s a must to keep the bedroom door open to draw the cooler air from downstairs upwards. The host(s) were very responsive to anything we needed or any questions we had. Overall, the home was a great place for our graduation family vacation and we would recommend it for to those considering it as an option!

Outstanding

Wonderful property off the main drag in Indian rocks. Walkable distance to the beach, never over crowded. Quiet neighborhood with police patrol. The home had all the creature comforts and the back patio on the water with the pool was the hot spot all vacation. We did see dolphins a few times a day swim past just as all the reviews had said- and even saw a shark! Beautiful location for a family get together!

Family getaway

It was great for all the ages we had. Lots of bedrooms were convienient for each family. Lots of kitchen stuff… easy to cook whatever. Two refrigerators for everything. Lots of towels which was helpful.

Amazing!!

The house was great!! Everthing was perfect!! We enjoyed it very much, did not want to leave. The pool and view was the best, spent every evening out on the patio. Saw dolphins a few times and even fished, didn't catch anything but it was a great experience for the kids and adults. Definitely will be back and rent this house again. Thank you!!!

Salty Sunrise

Nice property. It was the right fit for our family. The beach was a little hike if you have small children and hauling the gear you need to bring. There was public beach parking at the end of street. However, we spent most of our time in the pool. Kids loved the pool and private dock to fish from.
