Furniture updating

I would suggest updating the furniture and mattresses. For cleanliness and comfort. Otherwise it is a great place to stay

Great Place to Get Away

Overall it was a great cabin. Plenty of space, kitchen table large enough for all of us to eat together and then clean up and play nightly games. Kitchen is fully stocked. Bedrooms are a good size as well as the bathrooms, with good water pressure. Close enough to Berkley Springs to go into town and walk around. Great shops in town as well. The only "negative" on this cabin are the stairs. We had read previous reviews that mentioned lots of steps, so we knew ahead of time. Still a lot though. All in all was a great time and we are already planning for next year! Thank you for sharing your cabin!!

L/H getaway

We enjoyed our four day stay. Brigadoon gave us a lot of room, but quite a few steps all the time. The weather didn't cooperate and it was a little scary on the foggy road, but we managed.

Great place for friends reunion!

Clean, well maintained. Nothing we needed to worry about. There was no recycle bin but we weren't sure that recycling was an option.

Cozy and Clean

My family, friends and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Brigadoon. The house layout is perfect for having kids and adults stay. The furnishings are definitely a little rustic but everything was clean and tidy. The kitchen is very well stocked with cooking implements. We weren’t able to use the wood stove because it was so warm but appreciated that there was firewood supplied. We’ll be back!

Nice house

The house was much like it appeared on line. The steps are steep all over, so you would want to make sure you’re up for that. The kitchen was well stocked, the bathrooms were clean and the sitting areas are sizable. We did have a couple of issues that we dealt with but could be off putting for some. There were a great many stink bugs attached to the blinds. Also, the propane was empty which was a bummer but we managed with the oven. The neighborhood is lovely and lends itself to quiet evenings and walks.

Brigadoon

We had a very nice time. Older folks could have done without the steps. Watch for bees on the back porch. All in all very clean very spacious very nice with a short drive to Berkeley Springs and a few golf courses the boys and the girls both had things to do close.

Fantastic stay

This property was spotlessly clean upon our arrival! The management company was very responsive to questions I had about the property and the area. The only slight downside was that there are many steps and stairs in the house, which was not a problem for us, but might be for many. We loved the location. The kitchen was really wonderfully stocked with spices and cookware. We would stay again and highly recommend.

Great place for group getaway

The property lends itself for a big family or group getaway since there’s five bedrooms, three bathrooms, a grill, a big kitchen and a cozy fireplace. We were a group of 9 and really enjoyed our weekend in Berkley Springs.

Great place for 10 golfers

Took our group down for annual golf trip delayed from April due to COVID. We always stayed at Cacapon SP cabins but weren't able to book this year after April cancellation. The house rental was so good, we decided we would do this every year from now on. It is a perfect size for 10 (probably could do 12) people. All amenities and house is well provisioned. Gas grill was functional, but probably could be upgraded. Like the fact that there are multiple rooms with twin beds so golf buddies don't need to sleep too close! Plenty of communications and easy to get to from Berkeley Springs. Close to brewery and winery (we tested both). A great rental experience.
