⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️"The property is as close to perfect as a vacation rental can get. My extended family and I had a wonderful stay. The home is beautiful and in a lovely setting. It is so well appointed and relaxing that we rarely left. The community pool is wonderful for all ages. The hiking trails are super close to the home. The home feels like it is nestled in a park. One morning we watched a family of deer playing on the hillside. We enjoyed quiet time on the deck as well as evenings around the fire pit. The house was exactly what we needed with plenty of areas to be together or find places for solitude. I also appreciated having a dedicated space to exercise, especially with a beautiful view of the woods. The town of Berkeley Springs is worth a visit-the baths are interesting, nice variety of shops, and the people are friendly and welcoming. Very pretty although I didn't feel the property was good for children. No playing room and you always had to leave the property for the kids.

Immaculately clean, comfortable and well appointed house.

This is the second time we stayed in this house. The house is comfortable and nicely decorated. It has everything you need and of a good quality. For example, frying pans are not scratched like in many other places we stayed. Pillows and blanket clean with no stains, good refrigerator and dishwasher that really washes dishes 😄. Plenty of tableware and plates of various sizes. We had a very pleasant stay.

Wonderful House - Wonderful Stay

We were a group of 12 adult friends staying for a long birthday weekend. The house had everything we needed and--regarding the kitchen--was the best stocked vacation rental I've ever had. Plenty of space for a huge group, plenty of beds, plenty of bathrooms. The hot tub was phenomenal in the cold, the indoor fire place was key, and the dining room table fit all of us for our group dinners. The house is in a planned community but is set back in the woods enough that you feel complete privacy. Absolutely loved our stay. Only minor complaint is that sound travels a bit inside-- but that's nothing horrible. The owner had amazing communication and was willing to help out with reservation changes etc. Highly recommended!

Beautiful house that feels like home

From the minute we walked into this beautiful vacation home we felt relaxed and comfortable. The owners pay tremendous attention to cleanliness and detail. Love the modern farmhouse decor. The owners were very attentive to any questions that we had. We enjoyed our relaxing stay and will definitely come back!

Amazing Mountain Getaway

We really loved our stay at this amazing mountain cabin in Berkeley Springs WV! We had 3 couples and 3 children ages 11-13. Great home to be together end enjoy each other’s company, but also plenty of room to spread out and have some privacy. We loved the pool table, hot tub, big bar area to gather around in the kitchen, and the huge sectional in the family room. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything we needed for a long weekend. There is a regular coffee pot and a Keurig available. Tons of firewood to enjoy the fire pit! We enjoyed the brewery which was a short hike or drive away. Easy communication with the owners. We would definitely recommend this rental!

Family Celebration

Our family gathered to celebrate my husband's 60th. The place was great - plenty of bedrooms and space. Everything you need in the kitchen. Host was very responsive to questions and making sure our stay was wonderful.

Could not be better!

We are a group of four couples, we rent houses for our reunions couple of times a year in some nice nature spots. In more than 15 years of doing this, this house shines the best - everything was right in it: beautiful and modern design of this spacious house, everything of impeccable quality and in great order, spacious deck and sun room, campfire circle and hot tub outside, lots of places to hike and outdoor/indoor pools to swim. We will definitely be back.

The house is beautiful, we'll laid out and perfect for a large group!

We are a large family who are spread out. This was a perfect location, right in the middle for all of us. The owners made the renting and checking in process so easy, the property and house are beautiful and the are is wonderful. We can't wait to go back!

Fabulous space and wonderful hosts!

We went on a Christmas trip with 3 generations of our family. This was the PERFECT spot! Tucked away in a quiet beautiful area…plenty of space for everyone in the family…the kids loved the room downstairs w/bunk beds and the entertainment area down there, and the rest of us loved that the kids could be noisy and it didn’t bother the rest of us. We did a few visits to Whitetail for skiing. The hot tub was a perfect way to unwind. The local brewpub was fun, but we only went once because we were having too much fun enjoying family dinner and drinks at the house. Most importantly, the hosts Katie and Jimmy were kind, genuinely concerned for our comfort, and were very generous. They are so easy to communicate with. We highly recommend a visit!

Thanksgiving Celebration

This was our first family gathering since COVID and we picked the perfect location to celebrate. The house was lovely, well-appointed, and in a perfect setting. We enjoyed all the amenities, especially the hot tub and game room. We had a problem with the fireplace but Katie and Jim were quick to respond. Our only complaint was that we could not enjoy football. There was no live TV and it took 2 techno-wizards to get 1 game hooked to the TV through a phone app. The literature warned about slow internet etc. , but no TV was unexpected. We amused ourselves with walks, pool, games, etc. Overall, this was a wonderful experience and we would recommend the property, and Katie and Jim, to anyone.

Fabulous Foliage and Home

Katie, thanks a million for a wonderful 4 day weekend away for me and 7 of my college friends. We've been doing an annual "mancation" since 2006, and your place was a great of a venue for it as we've had. Highlights - multiple comfortable and roomy shared spaces, on point pool table/card table/shuffle board, dining room that comfortably accomodated us for both communal dinners and board games, well stocked and spacious kitchen, relaxing outdoor spaces (including the front deck for morning coffee, back firepit for evening enjoyment, and hot tub with easy access for the house that managed up to 6 of us and was relaxing even in the pouring rain) comfortable beds with ample access to well-stocked and clean bathrooms. The hike to the brew pub was just what the Dr ordered before the rains came, and even during a couple straight days of rain the amenities, lay out, and size of the house never made us feel claustrophobic. Thanks again, and we'll likely be back (if you'll have us)!

Great Relaxing Family Getaway

We had an amazing vacation! The house was wonderful with so much space for my entire family. There were 13 of us (8 adults and 5 kids). The rooms were nice and big with plenty of beds. We loved playing pool, playing cards on the poker table, enjoyed the hot tub and the fire pit. The owners were very organized and thought of everything we would need. They even had fire starter logs and a lighter to get the fire going (kept in a rain proof box outside by the fire pit). We enjoyed exploring the small town of Berkley Springs, going for walks and hikes, went to Cacapon State Park, where there was a lot to do with the kids. Make sure to stop at the Brewery and The Winery near the house also! Katie was quick to respond if we had any questions! She was for sure a SUPERHOST!! Overall a great trip and we would visit this home again!! Thank you Katie for a great experience and for having such an amazing home! Our first trip to West Virginia was a success!

Beautiful cabin, excellent for a group!

This cabin was lovely and well-appointed. My group was a bachelorette party of 9 women, and there was plenty of room for all of us. The house is laid out with lots of different zones where people can hang out in small groups, but the spaces were accommodating enough for us all to be together as well. We took advantage of the hot tub and fire pit every night, and loved taking in the beautiful mountainside views. The owner was extremely responsive and helpful when we had questions, and was kind enough to accommodate a one-night extension when we decided we couldn't bear to leave just yet! We loved this cabin, and will be renting it again for future trips for sure!

Birthday Weekend

This was a great space for 9 of us to gather to celebrate a birthday. There is plenty of space for everyone to be together or to be alone. It is a beautiful home with many amenities, and well cared for. Communication with Katie was very good, and she seemed to be genuinely interested in making sure we were comfortable and aware of the many different opportunities to explore Berkeley Springs. We would highly recommend this property for anyone wanting a spacious home that will be relaxing and roomy enough for everyone.

Our guests continue to report the wonderful memories that are made here by enjoying the beautiful outdoors from our decks, on our hiking trails, or in our local parks.
