Delightful stay at the Shore

Our extended family of nine really enjoyed three nights in Asbury Park. The first floor and basement of the house was just the right size for all of us. The house was spotless, and the kitchen was well supplied. The location, an block and a half from the beach, was perfect. Thank you so much, Ben.

Phenomenal place

This property has everything you need to have a wonderful Asbury Park vacation. The location couldn’t be better. The walk to the beach and other boardwalk areas was easy. The house was immaculate and equipped with all the basics you need. The layout was terrific having a spacious downstairs basement with a large screen tv and sitting area, a game area with a high top table, beautiful large full bathroom and one bedroom with plenty of closet space and a king sized bed. The large windows make the area well lit. The main floor is also well laid out with a spacious kitchen, 1.5 bathrooms, washer and dryer, 3 bedrooms. Benjamin is extremely quick with his responses to your questions. This was the best rental we’ve had in our 4 years renting in Asbury Park!

Great Spot Close to Beach!

We stayed at Ben’s house for a wedding weekend and would do so again. The property had all new appliances, was very clean, great finished basement and a lovely porch to have a drink and chat or have dinner. Very convenient - close to the beach. Ben was extremely responsive and made everything very easy. Highly recommend.

Great Getaway with Friends!

Had a great time in Asbury in this newly renovated space! Ben is a great host, and has all the amenities that you would need to be comfortable. The space is clean bright and welcoming, and the landscaping was a nice surprise too.

Great beach house!

My family celebrated my husband's birthday and had a wonderful time at this house! The home is newly renovated and beautiful, spacious, well stocked and located just off the beach. It was absolutely perfect! Ben was so responsive and a pleasure to work with. I am looking forward to doing it again!

Fantastic experience!

The house was roomy, very clean and in a great location. Ben thought of all the amenities that we might need and was responsive; he is a great communicator. We could tell that he cared for his property and cared about his guests. We can't say enough about our time in this beautiful apartment, close to the beach. It was a fantastic experience.

Great weekend in Asbury

My friends and I had a wonderful stay at Ben’s house. The space was even better in person than the photos and listing description with lots of thoughtful and convenient touches throughout. Ben was very communicative, helpful and flexible which helped make our stay even more enjoyable. The house was spotless and extremely comfortable. The location can’t be beat with a short walk to the beach and a nice walk or quick scooter ride to Cookman. The house combined with all the amenities makes it a great deal. We’ll definitely stay again.

Perfect!

We just finished a 5 day stay at Ben’s property. The house was exactly as advertised! Clean, spacious, and with great amenities including beach chairs, beach passes and towels, and parking for 2 cars. There were 6 adults and 3 children ages 1 to 5 years old. It was a perfect house for our family. There was plenty of room for the kids to play. The kitchen had new appliances and a big fridge. We made some big family meals and gathered around the lovely dining table. The walk to the beach was easy and the beach itself was clean and welcoming. The little ones enjoyed the playground on the beach too. The house was comfortable for all! Ben was very responsive to our questions and provided lots of good tips about spending time in Asbury Park. We hope to make this a regular destination for our family!

Family vacation in July

We had a wonderful time at Benjamin's apartment. There was plenty of room for all of us (a multi-generational family). The location is excellent - blocks from the boardwalk and beach, and an easy walk for all ages. We enjoyed dinner at the Iron Whale one night, and had a blast at the Retro Silverball Arcade another. The offstreet parking is a bonus - but can be quite tight, especially if there is a vehicle pulled into the end of the driveway, which seemed to be a regular occurrence. Benjamin was very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return, and don't hesitate to recommend this property!

Asbury Park Getsway

This house was everything we had hoped for plus some. Very modern with beautiful finishes, furnishings and decor. Well stocked. Very close to the beach and other Asbury attractions. We will opt to stay here again. This did not disappoint and we will recommend with high grades.

Perfect in every way!

The house was beautiful, comfortable and immaculate, and the entire property was perfectly maintained! We were a party of six people, celebrating a 50th birthday, so the stakes were high — and we could not have been more pleased. The accommodations were great, and Ben was the perfect host. If you are thinking of renting this property, you should. You will be happy you did!

Asbury Park Luxurious Beach House

Beautiful house, well-kept, spic and span clean, comfortable and close to the beach. All mod-cons, great kitchen, complete with black granite counter-top, stove, oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, electric tea kettle, new fridge, full spice rack(!). Many other thoughtful conveniences including new washer/dryer, perfect for beach living, giant flat screen TV - the works! Great neighborhood, owner was friendly, accommodating and accessible. Free parking, beach passes, beach chairs and towels were included - a GREAT deal! We'll be back. We LOVED it!

I grew up in this area and I love it. I’m a people person, and here in Asbury we have such a cool diversity of people, it keeps things real and interesting. I’m fortunate to have many valued childhood friends in the area as well as new friends I’ve met along the way. I also like to spend time alone, studying subjects of interest to me, which is mostly everything. I started mowing lawns, delivering pizza, bartending at the Beach Bar here in Asbury. Now I work in real estate valuation which means I have the flexibility to follow other interests (like setting up an Airbnb!) I love going out for good food and music, hanging at the beach, running the boardwalk, biking, playing golf, and traveling.

My style of hosting will be a combination of my personal and work styles: laid back but always professional, reliable, fair and honest.

My life motto? Be grateful, be kind, and laugh whenever possible.
