Very clean, with many little extras to make the stay memorable. Blankets for picnics, binoculars, a full kitchen with all appliances, and even a mounted scope on the large deck. (We saw elk, moose, and pronghorn all from the deck.). The laundry was much appreciated. We had a great time in this house.

We arrived after a long 14-hour road trip, and it was everything we hoped for. This was my husband’s and my third trip to the area, and by far the best place we’ve stayed. Our young daughter and my parents joined us, and it was the perfect spot to relax after a full day in the park.Absolutely everything you could think of is provided. The attention to detail from the owners truly goes above and beyond. Our first night, we spent time upstairs with the binoculars and spotting scope watching elk and pronghorn sheep—what an incredible experience. What a place!

The house was fantastic!!! It was super comfortable. The views were awesome! I loved that every window we had binoculars to look out at the wildlife! The bedrooms were terrific & comfortable. We loved all the games and having the laundry available was really nice. The spa was so nice to take a dip in! This was truly an amazing place!.

This house was everything we could have wanted. It had plenty of space and all of the amenities we could possibly need. We saw black bears and elk right from the house, and Gardiner was a wonderful basecamp for our Yellowstone adventures. I would absolutely recommend it to anyone wanting to stay near the park!

Mike and Brena' McNulty We came to Gardiner in 1983, originally for just a few month to help build the Best Western Motel, and soon fell in love with it and decided it would be a great place to raise our two daughters Naisha and Kayla, they both now live in Washington. Mike delivers the mail in YNP in the summer months and retires in the winter. Brena works for Alaska Airlines as a flight attendant.

We originally bought the house that is located below this house, and in 2006 sold it but kept the upper lot where our house now sits. We started building the house the summer of 2006 for a family home and decided we didn't need this much house since both our girls are married.

Incredible 280 degree views of Montana’s mountain ranges and Yellowstone Park. Only one mile from the North Entrance of Yellowstone. Wildlife, such as deer and elk, are frequent visitors to the property. Owner lives on site available to answer questions or help with your travel plans.
