Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was well presented and provided a good base for our holiday. The staff at Exmouth holidays were very helpful and a pleasure to deal with.

Spacious villa in a great location

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Really happy with the location, plenty of parking for two cars and a boat. I was disappointed in the condition of the Villa. Needs a good clean. Blinds are falling apart, dining chairs are stained and couches could be cleaner. Kitchen was missing a few staple for example we had six guests staying and we only had five coffee cups, two bowls and a lack of cutlery. We did have the missing items delivered to our unit the next day, so that was a positive. There was no oven and the BBQ wasn’t working very well. If the unit had a bit of money spent on it, we would be happy to stay again.
