The lock box is old and a little difficult to open Needs new broom to keep sand off floor. Or vacuum. Sand on those floors make it slippery. All in all nice value.

We’re glad you enjoyed the home and felt it was a good value! We appreciate you pointing out the lockbox and broom as well. Those little details can make a difference, especially when you’re coming back from the beach with sandy feet, so we’ll have our team take a look. We hope to have you back on Tybee again!

Outdated furniture in the room. Main bed not very comfortable. Living room furniture is outdoor furniture so also not super comfortable. Fridge has no water or ice even though that’s a function of the refrigerator. The pool access was nice for our kids when the beach was too much. Beach towels provided but no beach chairs or umbrella.

We’re glad the pool was a nice option for the kids when they needed a break from the beach! We appreciate you sharing your thoughts on the furniture and mattress, and we’ll be sure to pass those along for consideration. While beach chairs and umbrellas aren’t included with the home, we’re happy the provided beach towels came in handy. Thank you for staying with us and sharing what could have made your visit more comfortable.

Great place to stay on Tybee! The location is excellent, with an easy walk to the beach, restaurants, and shops. The unit was very clean and well maintained. We especially loved the outdoor shower for rinsing off after returning from the beach. The only downsides were that the noise from the unit above was quite noticeable, and the dishwasher door wasn’t aligned properly, making it difficult to close. I also think a keypad entry would be more convenient than a physical key, making it easier to come and go without having to keep track of it.These were all minor issues, and overall we had a great stay. We’d definitely consider staying here again.

Thank you so much for your thoughtful review! We are delighted you enjoyed the excellent Tybee location, especially the easy walks to the beach, restaurants, and shops, as well as the outdoor shower after beach days. We also appreciate you pointing out the noise from above and the dishwasher door, and we will certainly keep your suggestions about the entry system in mind. We would love to welcome you back for another relaxing stay on Tybee whenever you are ready! Warmest wishes! - TM

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We’re glad parking was generally easy to access, though we’re sorry you had to make multiple calls to have other vehicles moved. We understand how frustrating that can be and appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We’ll keep your feedback in mind as we look for ways to make the parking experience smoother for our guests. - TM
