Great Location

Calypso is located almost directly across from Pier Park, within walking distance to many shops, bars & restaurants. Walmart, Target, Marshall's & Bealls as well as much more shopping & chain restaurants located within a mile or two. The emerald water & sugar white sand beach never gets old!

The host Blaine was very accommodating...answered questions quickly..everything was as described and clean and fresh...I will definitely stay there again...thank you Blaine for a great vacation and a great condo to stay in....weather and the gulf was also great...

Very Good

Fantastic view! That should be the cover shot on the VRBO listing. Clean, as described. Within walking distance of Pier Park and several restraunts. Beach Chairs included, a nice extra.

Great condo with an excellent view

We stayed from Sept 10th through 17th. The condo is great! Right on the beach next to the pier and Pier Park. The property manager made everything flow smoothly. It was perfect. Thank you!

The pictures do this property justice. This condo needs some updates done soon. There was a hole in the wall in the closet, the wire panel in the closet was exposed due to the plate that covers it was not on, and laying in the bottom of the closet, and there was an electrical outlet with no cover in the living room posing an electrical shock to anyone who touched it. Also the sheet set for the sofa bed was ripped And has holes in it. The couch and pillows are dingy and need cleaning. Also it has a bit of a mildew smell upon entering the unit. The washer and dryer were a plus to have in the unit and worked good.

This condo was very clean. Perfect location also. Condo owner very nice and sent great directions on parking and condo info. Will definitely stay here again.

Check in was difficult due to so many arriving at same time causing no access to luggage cart

No issues with renting the property. I would recommend to friends and family. Only, I didn’t like being on floor 16. Took away from the view. 😄😄

Spring Break

We had a really good stay while we were there for Spring Break. The only downfall was we could not enjoy the balcony or leave the patio door open due to the people below us smoking pot all day every day. We know this is not an issue with the resort itself but if was an unornate situation at the most.We plan on staying again.

Family Vacation.

The condo was great very roomy. The location was wonderful, Convenient to Pier Park. Only issue was entering & exiting the parking gate. The complex finally put an someone at the gate 24 hours to help.

Perfect Beach Getaway

We love this condo. It was very clean and had everything you need. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. Bonus, it is very close to Pier Park so you can park your car and walk most places.

Spring Break 2021, Excellent views

Our weather was spot on for Spring Break. The water was blue and clear, but too cold for a southern family to get in. The condo was equipped with all the necessities needed to stay for a week. It is walking distance to Pier Park which is a plus. I contacted the owner a couple of times with questions during our stay and they promptly responded to them. I highly recommend this condo.

What a view!

What a terrific experience this was for us. The weather was perfect, the water was crystal clear, and the free beach chairs were the icing on the cake. Also couldn’t get enough of the view from the balcony. The walk to the parking deck over the land bridge really wasn’t bad and the wait for the elevator was never more than a minute. Overall successful PCB vacation, thanks Judy!

Good for families

Good space for families with kids. Directly on the beach, fantastic views. Pools were nice. Highlight was having beach service included! Easy and prompt communication with property owner and manager.

Great condo

Had everything needed in the condo. Beds were clean. Floors and baseboards not as cleaned as I like. Doors fronts and cabnets front and dish washer and stove needed cleaning. Overall a good place for our family to stay.

We love Panama City Beach. Our son loves playing on the white sand beach, finding sea shells and playing at the Wonder Works. We purchased This beautiful condo in March 2015 after much researching and looking. Right after we first walked in here, we told our awesome realtor Gene Ursprung that we love this place. We take pride in making this condo our 'home away from home'. We hope our friends and guests love and enjoy this condo as much as we do.

My wife always wanted a condo in Calypso. This will be our retirement place so we can enjoy the great weather and still be so close to Pier Park!
