We enjoyed our stay! The kitchen had everything you would ever need. The view was fabulous! Very convenient to restaurants and stores.The WiFi and TV were not working the first night but were corrected the next day.

Very nice Condo with a beautiful ocean view. Everything worked perfectly and we had no issues. Plenty to do and see in the vicinity. Highly recommended. Will rebook.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We’ve been many times to PCB and stayed with different companies managing Calypso rooms. This time was by far the cleanest and best experience! We will be staying again!

Amazing location

Everything was as listed and pictured. Location was perfect and condo was clean. The free beach chairs & umbrella was a plus and I had no issues getting them while on the beach. I loved that Pier Park was literally across the street. Will definitely book again!

1-1203 Calypso

Days 1 and 2, unit had no a/c. Never had TV reception in the great room. HOA and Direct TV kept pointing fingers at each other, meanwhile, we had no TV. Unit was dated, tub wouldn’t drain so we had to use the shower in the hallway. Very noisy since the bedroom was located on the road side instead of the beach side. No usable pantry for food and the closet in the bedroom was full of cleaning equipment and couldn’t be utilized for clothing.

Nice view

This being my birthday weekend, by myself, I had expected a nice, relaxing stay at this resort (for what it cost). Upon arrival, I attempted to check in and was literally ignored as he took care of the "owners" that were checking in. Once I spoke up, he simply said you can just go up and use your code. No check-in, no enjoy your stay, no info about the chairs, nothing. There is a wristband that you have to wear to access the property pools that I should have received in my "packet at check-in". Went back to the desk for it and he said "I'll go ahead and give you one but you have to return it". Once inside the 12th floor condo, it was nice and clean but hardly updated. Bed is not comfortable. TV's were so old, you could not get prime channels. I called (before7p) and got their answering service and was told (again) I'd have to wait until the next day. When they did show up (2 nice guys) they had to swap the 2 tv's to get things working. 2nd day I discovered the hair dryer was broken. Called around 5p (before their cutoff of 7p) and again got answering service and was told I had to call back in the morning. So I had no choice but to go out for my bday dinner with wet hair, nice. So....the condo is nice but if I stayed again, I would not book thru Blue Swell. And the added on fees and taxes (very vague) almost doubled my reservation. ** The security guard there is awesome and very helpful and the guys at the tiki bar rock!**

Great Condo on the Beach

Condo was exactly as advertised. Very clean, plenty of towels and linens. Loved the location. We were able to walk to Pier Park for shopping, dinner and entertainment. Had a great time, highly recommend!!!

Spring break 2k25!!

We enjoyed every day/night!! plenty of fun things to do to keep everyone occupied! I personally enjoyed the tiki bar the staff was so sweet. I love the wristbands it helps everyone where they are supposed to be overall a wonderful family oriented stay!! I will be back!

Our unit was very clean, kitchen was well stocked (except no coffee filters). Some reviews say the bed was uncomfortable, but we didn’t think so. We slept very well on it. The location is exceptional! Beautiful balcony views. It’s right next to Pier Park and many dining establishments within walking distance. Loved that it was on the more quiet west side of PCB

Great Location, Average Condo Unit

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Calypso is in a very good location and a nice facility, but the unit itself did not compare to condos we've stayed in on PCB for a similar price point. The master suite is in dire need of updating. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and the BR furniture was beat up, again, not to the standards expected for the price. There was clutter in the master closet that needed to be cleared out. Cleanliness of the unit was average. The furniture on the patio was not as pictured and not suitable for older renters - Adirondack chairs that took multiple attempts to remove yourself from. The kitchen was very well-equipped and no complaints regarding the living area. Overall I thought the unit was builder grade vs nicer accommodations we're accustomed to for the same money. Supplies provided were adequate and there was a closet of extra items for the beach that could be useful. The management company was quick to respond to any questions.
