Your vacation just got a lot more colorful with Calypso Resort and Towers 2202 (Tower 1)! It starts when you're greeted with the colorful building façade facing the beautiful emerald-green waters. It continues when you step into this expansive unit and are welcomed by a cherry-red sofa and bright, tropical décor. This festive retreat sleeps up to eight people thanks to a plush, king size bed in the spacious master bedroom, a queen size bed in the quaint second bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa in the living room plus fun bunk beds in the 3rd bedroom. The master bedroom and living room open up onto your private balcony complete with stellar gulf views.

While the well-appointed kitchen offers all of the comforts of home, you can take the fun outdoors and grab some tropical drinks and tasty snacks at the beachside tiki bar. After you've filled up on seafood, soak up some sun at one of the sparkling beachfront pools or just cross the sugar-white sand into nature's biggest swimming pool! Everything was as expected! Clean and tidy. As stated in previous reviews - the balcony furniture needs some help but nothing that would ruin a vacation or deserve a bad review. Thank you for having us and would definitely stay again especially for the great price!

Room was not ready when we arrived at 4pm. We had to wait for housekeeping to show up and then politely ask her to only clean the bathrooms and change the bed sheets because we needed to unpack our stuff and groceries. Broken toilet seat in hallway bathroom. No broom. (They did fix these things within 24 hours). No bakeware- yes I wanted to bake a cake. No can opener. Only 2 knives. And old rusted chairs on the balcony that one of my kids actually fell out of because the leg was so rusted it broke. This room is in a great location. 22nd floor, right on beach and right across from pier park. But sadly it needs a lot of updates.

Could have been cleaner. The ice maker made ice but it would not dispense. The beds were terrible uncomfortable and it took us two days to figure out how to work the TV the remote do not work. The patio furniture is rusty and broke. We're very impressed with the elevators there was little or no wait the beach was wonderful the pools were good. Instead of all those stairs though a ramp would have been nice because we had a wagon to pull. but overall we really enjoyed our stay

Week Long Stay

Everything was good even though I had anxiety about staying on 22nd floor …. But it was fine.The elevator access being down a narrow outside walk way was a hassle if you need to access the (enclosed cooled) catwalk to level 3 to get to the parking deck across the road. Also, no ramp to the beach.

It was a great little condo, great location Walking distance to Pier Park, which was awesome. Great drinks at the Tiki Bar. Only suggestion would be to stock the kitchen a little more with plates n cups and silverware. This condo has a regular coffee maker, not a Keurig, and the sofa bed has metal springs you can geel when tryingvto sleep on it , that definitely needs upgraded and dome better pario furniture would be great for this condo too. But we enjoyed our stay. And the hosts were great.

Amazing view!

This condo is highly recommended due to its exceptional view. Throughout my stay, the host provided prompt and courteous responses to my numerous queries. The condo's notable features include its breathtaking ocean view, recent pest control inspection, convenient trash disposal, and picturesque views from the front door. Furthermore, the condo offers reliable Wi-Fi, a fitness room, a fully functional fridge and freezer, a heated pool, and an in-unit washer and dryer. While the condo has many strengths, there are a few areas for improvement, including the need for additional cooking dishes and storage containers, and upgrades to the kitchen table and bunk beds. Additionally, it's worth noting that this location does not have a hot tub. We will book with them again!

Great place and location

Property was as described and was a great location. There were just a few places that needed cleaned better mainly under furniture. The third bedroom door handle was broken, you couldn’t get out once inside. Tile was broken in shower. Ice maker randomly made ice and randomly didn’t but would definitely stay again.
