I had a great time. The location of this is great if you are planning a trip to Schweitzer. The place was warm and cozy and had everything we needed for a short trip. The place was clean and the hosts make sure you have all the information about Sandpoint and the surrounding area. We came in January but the place would also be amazing in the summer.

This place is a gem and we would love to go back! It's very cozy and comfortable and clean. We enjoyed the hot tub and being able to meet Dave and Gloria. Only an hour drive from our house so hopefully we can stay again sometime!

We enjoyed our stay in this cozy apartment! Hosts were very welcoming and invited us to share their bonfire on a wonderful fall evening. The kitchen was stocked just right so we could cook our meals. Great wifi and TV options, comfortable bed, and luxurious shower!

Good quality funishings but security camera pointing at the hot tub is against vrbo policy. Did not feel like we had privacy, listing was deceptive as it does not explain host is in the house 20 ft away, and hot tub, beach access is through their yard. Host watched us out the window. No list available of where cameras are. Also vrbo policy. Not worth the price

Our stay at River retreat was amazing! Gloria and Dave have thought of every detail to make your stay perfect! It was one of the best VRBO that we stayed at! I wish we had more time there, but it was at the end of our trip and we left early to get home! Their River view that they share with you is amazing! Next time I am coming back to stay longer and kayak!

We came for a soccer tournament & the property was great for the short commute to Sandpoint. Unfortunately we couldn't enjoy the water as much as we would have liked to but our dog had a great time swimming in the mornings before heading to soccer.

Great stay - perfect for skiing Schweitzer!

Had a wonderful time at the property, was a winter wonderland with a lovely hot tub. Was a perfect landing point to ski Schweitzer.

Went for the Sanpoint Music Festival. The concert was great and the retreat was even better. The host was very accommodating and the place has everything you would need for the weekend. We spent most of the second day of our trip just hanging out on the dock and swimming. The diving board on the dock was a huge plus and they have underwater lights to swim with at night. Couldn't say anything better about this property, the hosts were very welcoming and fun to talk to, and you can't beat the views. 10/10 would recommend to any small family or couple wanting to get away for the weekend.
