Relaxing Get Away

Very nice and affordable place to stay. Great access to the beach. Also close to restaurants, bars and other shops. Mr. Henry is friendly, accommodating and easy to work with. This is our second time staying at this location and we will definitely book this location for our next to Jamaica.

Thoroughly enjoyed my time in Jamaica and in Negril in specific. "You get what you pay for" applies to my specific stay at Point Village. Nothing was misrepresented, but the condition of the actual apartment was underwhelming. Did everything work? Yes (though water pressure was practically nonexistent). Was it clean? Mostly. Did I feel safe? Yes. Would I return to this same apartment? Yes ... but with a better understanding of what to expect (and what to expect). Advance communication was not optimal ... even up to and including check-in instructions once onsite at the property; very appreciative to caretaker Brandon for helping provide much-needed instructions once I arrived. All said, you simply can't beat the view and beach access ... and the overall value was incredible, and I was glad to do a small part to support the island/community in its post-hurricane recovery.

Had such an amazing stay at Point Village. If you’re looking for peace and quiet along the beautiful waters of Negril, you won’t be disappointed. A private beach, beautiful views, serene and quiet with grounds well secured and safe. To get around for local action, cool places and eats, Norris @ Island Turf Tours is your key to the island’s beautiful little blessings. I can’t wait to come back to Negril. Thank you Mr. & Mrs. Henry for a lovely and relaxing stay at your property.

The safe Oasis / next to the Caribbbean Sea

This location is awesome! If you are looking to quiet, clean and beautiful environment this is your paradise. The security gate is tight no one can walk on to this property without being throughly questioned, totally felt safe. Open the backdoors in your rental you will be steps away from the Carbbean Sea. The owner is very accommodating, everything you need washer/dryer and kitchen if you dont mind going. I am coming back this a beautiful and relaxing environment..

Great location with great views!

Had a wonderful time. I’ve been to Jamaica before and stayed at resorts and rentals. By far, best location for the price with lots of privacy and peaceful.

Living the dream

This is a very comfortable well equipped studio apartment overlooking the western skies and colourful Caribbean sea. The open doors to the balcony expand the footprint of this apartment for outside dining and living. Swimming is available across the path directly in front of the apartment and the main beach is a 2 minute walk away. Mr. Henry is very reachable, professional and accommodating. We love Negril and the “Point” and consider it our home for the winter.
