Point Village Studio between Hedonism II and Royalton Negril

I am glad to hear you enjoyed the two private beaches- it’s definitely one of the highlights of the property and something many guests love. I am sorry that certain aspects of your stay did not meet expectations. The Point Village may have a more relaxed, secluded feel, and I understand that it may not suit every traveler. Many guests prefer to be away from the hustle and bustle of Negril’s main beach. I would like to clarify that during your extended 5 week stay, I did offer a refund should you prefer to relocate when the AC was giving problems. Luckily within 48 hours, I had replaced the AC unit. Regarding the balcony roof, as mentioned Hurricane Melissa had torn the small roof off and it’s in the process of being replaced. Thank you again for your feedback- it helps me continue to improve.
