Seascape 2 is a great location if relaxing is one’s goal. We stayed upstairs and no one stayed downstairs during our visit so we can’t say for sure what it might have been like had there been someone below us, but as it was it was fantastic. The house, situated in a quiet and sedate neighborhood, is very close to the beach but still provides the opportunity for a nice short walk to get there and back. It is also within walking distance of several eating/drinking establishments and maybe ten or fifteen minutes from the heart of St. Augustine by car so we found it was the perfect spot for both taking it easy or getting some seafood or just sightseeing in the beautiful and historic city.

Friends beach trip

Fabulous location, beautiful & very clean home. Beds were super comfortable. Loved the outside deck & the pool area. Communication and check in process very easy. Definitely recommend renting this beach home.

An AMAZING stay!!!

The house was spotless, we practically lived in the heated pool and loved the location. Truly steps from the beach! Itrips was amazing to work with. So easy to communicate if needed. Definitely planning to stay in the same house again!!!!

Great Location/Rental

We truly enjoyed our stay. Location was wonderful and walking distance to many restaurants and we were also close to area attractions. There is actually a hotel a couple blocks away that provides a shuttle to St. Augustine (if you are doing the hop on hop off tour), which was so nice to not have to worry about driving in that hectic traffic at all, but we could explore at our leisure. The pool in back was perfect when it was windy/cool at the beach and the rental itself was clean and comfortable. The beach chairs available were less than advertised and pretty worn and I wish there had been a few more pots/pans for cooking but other than that we were very pleased with our stay.

Perfect beach place

Just spent 2 nights at this ideal beach apartment. It’s clean, offers a pool, beach within 2 mins of walk and great location in St Augustine beach. Wish we stayed here for a week. Great communication with property manager. Will be back again!!!

Quick get away

Great location within walking distance to restaurants. Quiet street with beach access. Quick drive to St Augustine. The kids spent most of the time in the pool which was the perfect temp.

Perfect Accommodations!

Although local to the area we chose to rent close to a wedding we were attending for the weekend. We fell in love with this rental. It was the perfect space in the perfect location. We are excited to come back when the weather is warmer and try out the pool!

Perfect beach vibe

Upon arrival, I was greeted with a picture-perfect beachy FL cottage. The unit was very clean and well-appointed and had everything we needed. The location is perfect, offering a leisure walk to the beach and within walking distance to restaurants and a few specialty shops. Beautiful sunrise from the beach; I went to St. John's Pier on Wednesday morning for sunrise and shopped at the Farmer's Market. Easy contact with owners, check-in was a breeze. We would return; we loved our stay.

So Close To The Beach

A quick walk to the beach! Pool was truly heated so we could enjoy on a cool day. Easy drive into downtown St. Augustine. Plenty of space for the 4 of us!

Amazing beach house!

Loved our stay!!! The beach house, pool, location, being steps from the beach can not be beat! The house is short walk to several restaurants and downtown is in close proximity. This is a great place to stay and would definitely book again!

Location. Location. Location.

The location of this property is fantastic, walking distance to beach, restaurants and coffee! We stayed in the upstairs unit and it was nicely furnished with everything we needed for our stay. There was plenty of space for our family of 5 to spread out and plenty of outdoor furniture, both on the porch and by the pool for everyone to hang out. Would definitely stay here again!

A Memorial Day Weekend to Remember

We leave love St. Augustine Beach, and Seascape 2 is the perfect location for an easy walk to the beach or a short drive to the historic district. The property was clean, comfortable, and pet friendly. It’s perfect for two couples since both bedrooms have en-suite bathrooms. We met the downstairs neighbors, but we never heard them when we were upstairs. The pool access is an added perk. We will definitely check for availability for our next visit.

This spacious and clean little gem is perfect! We truly enjoyed our time here and will be back for sure. The living room furniture could use some updating but other than that it was a great home away from home. Highly recommend the Mexican restaurant across the street!
