Last full day we had the lawn maintenance arrive around 8am. Later in the day there was wood chipper nearby. TV remotes needed batteries which Tyler brought. We only got one channel in main house living room Non in our my bedroom. The storm door ad recently been broken, door was gone the frame was still in place. Aside from the noisy day it was quiet and relaxing. I and several others said our sleep was the the best in many years.

Wedding stay

Wonderful place, secluded but easily accessible to sights and beaches. Great layouts and plenty of room for privacy if you need some quiet time.

Cape memories

The house was wonderful for a family of 12. We rented both homes. We loved the lake and the privacy of the home as well as the bike trail. We rented 10 bikes and a few paddleboards, kayaks. The house had puzzles and plenty of games for a large family. Tyler the property manager was so helpful. There were beach chairs in the garage, a fire pit that was used most every night. We love the Cape and we would rent this again.

Amazing space for 16 people!

Great space! We kept 16 people entertained in this home for a week. Great location. 35 min to Provincetown. Awesome beds. Attached pond is clear and warm. So many good spots to eat and visit nearby. Great beds. Thank you!

Eastham was the best!

This property is amazing. It had everything that we could possibly need and because it's so spacious (there are two houses) we were all able to spread out. I highly recommend this property.

Christmas Family Get Together

We enjoyed our Christmas at this very nice property! There were plenty of comfortable rooms for all of us! Beautiful views! We liked having two good sized kitchens to bake and cook our holiday meals! Walking trails are nice and close! Outside fire pit was great! Host and concierge were super nice and helpful!

Perfect for large family

This is a great house and great location near the bike trail. We came together from distant parts of the country and the UK. Having not seen each other for 18 months and with the new variant, we stayed closer to the house than we might have. So the spaciousness of the two houses was very important.

Great Eacape

We hosted my teenage children’s friends and close family friends for a week long reunion. The layout of the property and amenities were absolutely great for our group. Young adults in one house and the adults in the other. Great location to everything! We had a great stay!

Perfect getaway for families

We could not be happier with this beautiful place. We were a large group and this property accommodated us perfectly. It's spacious--we could all gather together or split up in small groups or retreat to our separate bedrooms. The houses are well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay. None of us wanted to leave! It was the perfect place for a post-Covid reunion. Thank you Lyndsey.

Awesome family getaway

We loved the set up of the two houses which gave us room to spread out and plenty of privacy for those who had to work while we were there. The furnishings, TVs, kitchen, and internet were all first rate. The beds were SOOOOO comfortable! The location was great - very secluded but within a few minutes drive to beautiful beaches on both sides of the cape. We were there in winter so enjoyed long walks on the beach and spectacular sunsets without all the summer crowds. Grocery stores and restaurants were very close. Highly recommend

Perfect spot

Our family gathered for our first get together since December in this beautiful property . This was the perfect place to accommodate us all in a beautiful setting. The kitchens are well equipped and beds comfortable. The local contact Tyler was extremely responsive and helpful as was Lindsey the property manager. The house is located close to the beach and walking and bicycling paths. We would highly recommend.

Perfect socially distanced vacation

Great property for our safe family cluster to spend a week away. Both homes on this property are well equipped to accommodate spending more time at the rental property than normal. Tyler was extremely responsive to any questions we had and was very accessible.
