What a great rental! The condo was extremely clean, the kitchen was well stocked and the hosts were very accessible if needed. And the beach was a quick walk. Would definitely use this property again if back in VA beach vacationing.

The condo is very nice and our family of 6 was very comfortable. Very clean, all the amenities, well stocked and clean. Kay was super easy to work with and her directions and attention to detail was very helpful. A quick walk out the building to the beach was great and the use of their beach chairs was so nice.Would highly recommend to anyone looking to book a relaxing vacation on Sandbridge Beach!

Overall the stay was nice. The location to the beach and restaurants were perfect. The only problem was parking. It’s almost impossible to find a second parking spot for the other parking pass.

As a family of six, this beach property was ideal! The rental is well stocked with everything you need: kitchen supplies, bathroom supplies, and more. Including beach toys and carts is so amazing. The view was beautiful, and we all felt pampered during our stay. It is all the beach you want without the crowds! We also took advantage of the property’s pools and a great restaurant across the street. We plan to rent again!

Great vacation

Our family of 4 stayed for 10 days and had a great experience. Right on the beach, easy parking and the condo itself is beautiful. Only negative is that the property’s pool and outdoor facilities were closed due to Covid.

Great Family Place

We had a wonderful 5 days here for the 4th of July. Kay, the owner, is very responsive and friendly. The house has amazing views and lots for kids to do. Everything was very clean as well. I would recommend anyone to stay here.

Wonderful stay

The condo was clean, cute and in a perfect location for our family beach vacation. Kay was very communicative and helpful. She even recommended a dentist when our daughter needed one unexpectedly. With family in Norfolk, we will be back to VB and will definitely consider staying here again.

Enjoyable Condo!

We loved our SECOND stay at this location and plan to make it a yearly occurrence :). The condo is well cared for and is prepared for visitors! Its location is close to many restaurants and other small shops. It perfectly situated about 20 minutes away from Virginia Beach so you get that small town feel, but access to bigger entertainment. We loved it and will return next summer!
