Huge pool with a hot tub & large deck, Grilling area with plenty of seating and outside dining.
Enjoy sitting with your family outside on the large deck with a hugely oversized pool, and a hot tub with a waterfall feature. The house has a pool & hot tub electric heate Enjoy grilling and having some beverages and relaxing. Nice way to cool off this summer and under a 10-minute drive or less to New Smyrna Beach.
Great restaurants, unique shops, plenty of special events, friendly people.13 miles of pristine white sandy beaches. New Smyrna Beach is enclosed by 2 national parks and has the ocean and the river on both sides of the island. Great for water sports fishing, surfing, paddleboarding, kayaking. Scuba diving. Jet skiing and shell combing. The area has lots of land conservation making it a heaven for Manatees and their calves, and dolphins.Lots of cranes and other tropical birds as well as the white bald eagle. The house has a nice kitchen with a large kitchen table. The living room has a large Flatscreen TV, fireplace, and plenty of seating. Nice screened-in porch area to get out of the sun and enjoy outside.The Master bedroom has a King bed and a bathroom within the room. The 2nd and 3rd bedrooms have 2 twin beds per room.

Public Boat Launch close by Plenty of room to park the trailer and boat. Great fishing or just sightseeing for Dolphins and Manatees.
The salt river has it all even restaurants to dock at. :0) Jb's fish camp restaurant in New Smyrna Beach for example We are the closest beach to all the theme parks, located 15 minutes south of Daytona Beach 5 mins from New Smyrna Beach. Airports 45 minutes away from Orlando Sanford Orlando, Daytona Beach 20 mins, Melbourne 1 hour, Miami 4 hrs. away.

RE: Pool / hot tub heat a credit card needs to be on file before access information sent. Guests can ask to pre-heat the pool during the colder seasons. Sleeps 10. The hot tub and pool heat are extra charges. A meter is read upon check in and out. You can monitor your cost while staying and decide if you want it on or off. Currently nthe hot tub propane is $42. per 5% usage and pool heat is $8 to $45. per night depending on outside temps and the temp you desire the pool at. If wanted credit card info needed.

We needed a place to house a race team over the Daytona 500 weekend and this worked out great. The house had everything we needed and met our expectations. It was much more affordable than several hotel rooms. The host communicated we and was willing to help with anything we needed!

Hi Jeff the owner just bought the place and has updated over 100,000. worth of updates the only thing left is a new kitchen. If you would like a higher end rental, we have those to, but they range from 450 to 1200 per night. Next time please call us and I can send them to you to view. We were happy to see that the review was still a 4 star. He has all new furniture, flooring, new ac, new pool equipment, outside furniture, new heaters you name it he loaded it. Give us a call next time please.

Family vaca 2022

We had our parents coming down from Iowa so we wanted a place to stay that we all could be together but still have our own privacy. This house was perfect for that.

Great Stay

This house was so well stocked with kitchen equipment , linens, pool toys, etc. It was great to bring our dog. Great fenced in yard/pool area. Dan, from the management company, was a doll. So helpful and responsive. Thanks for a great stay.

Needs to hire a new cleaner

We had to clean the property at arrival. There was enough dirt on the floor it was sticking to our feet. Would not stay here again.

Joshua, Why didn't you call or email us we would have sent the cleaners back. We have a person that checks all the cleans and she said the floors were still drying when she checked it. We were wondering if the dog you brought could have been the culprit. It is super dry here and dogs can bring in dirt on their paws or people when you first checked in if you or all the kids walked over the grass not along the sidewalk and not wiping your feet at the front door mat. The cleaners always do the floor and a nice job. We hope you reconsider and try the rental again down the road.

We had such a lovely time!

The house on Mango Tree is perfect for a family vacation! We spent most of our time swimming in the private pool or lounging near it. The pool toys available at the house were a hit with the kids. We cooked, played board games, and relaxed. The beds were very comfortable, there were plenty of towels for everyone in our group (plus more to spare!), and the washing machine and brand new dryer were very convenient. The kitchen was ample for all of our cooking needs (and because of COVID, we made our own dinners every night). The grill out by the pool was excellent as well. The beach was SO MUCH FUN! New Smyrna Beach is about 20-25 minutes drive from the house. We went to the Flagler entrance each time and paid the $20 fee to park directly on the beach. This meant no loading up a wagon and carrying all the kids' stuff from a far away parking spot- our car was about 20 feet away from us the whole day! People were tailgating on the beach with tents and grills and the works. Next time I'll definitely bring our tailgating gear and do the same. We were able to rent chairs and umbrellas from a company on the beach. The ocean was beautiful and just what our family needed. Dan and Cindy were available and incredibly helpful. They were responsive when we needed them and gave us our privacy as well. They couldn't have been nicer! We LOVED our vacation and feel like we found a gem at the Mango Tree house. You'll have a great time there, too!

Edgewater Girl's Get Away

When I saw this listing online, I thought it would be perfect for a girl's beach trip. Upon arrival we saw that the house was in desperate need for a makeover. The kitchen cabinets did not shut, they were dirty, the countertop was chipped. The bathrooms were small and really outdated. The fourth bedroom was a garage and you felt like you were still in a garage. There was no closet, no storage for clothes, no mirror (in any of the bedrooms), the ac was exposed. Extra bedding was just shoved on a wire shelf. The pillows were hard. The laundry room was in the fourth bedroom and the washer was not even standard size. No laundry soap even though we were told to wash the towels. No extra toilet paper, paper towel, tissues were provided. The pool filter was not working. Called the property manager and left a message, no return call. There were so many bugs floating around the edge of the pool that we felt we could not use the pool. We did try to skim it ourselves, but the net had several large holes so what was picked up went right back into the pool. Two of the beach chairs were so rusty that one broke when we tried to open it. None of the floating pool toys were inflated. They were dirty. Holes in the screen room screen so bugs all the time. I was very embarrassed that I chose this house. The on-line photos were taken in such a way that all the flaws were hidden. I really don't think the owners, or the property manager take any pride in this property. Such a shame because the location is good as is the layout of the house. I have been booking with VRBO for four years and never was disappointed till now.

In responce to your review This new owner has upgraded almost everything in the house and takes pride in his rental. The cabinets were and are not dirty they have a pattern on the inside. We had all checked and the draws did open and close. The master bath was just renovated. You were 3 girls in a house that offers 2 bedrooms with 2 twin beds , a master bedroom with a king bed and if larger groups or family are wanting to sleep 4 extra folks the garage has been renovated into a large bedroom professionally by the previous owner. Not sure why you needed to knock it bc you never needed to even use it. It has a door you could have left shut.There are many large families that have stayed and were very happy that they could sleep 4 extra. The washer and dryer are normal household size so not sure why you wrote it wasn't. The family before you checked out that morning and we had to get a screen company in bc the kids knocked 2 sections out. We try to get all fixed in a timely matter but had to wait on them. Not everyone likes the same pillows, he bought all different types. 16 pillows were in the home you could have tried another one? The cleaners Leave a starter pack of tp 2 to each bath , detergent, Dishwasher tabs, paper towel roll, soaps etc. It's a vacation rental not a hotel So your responsible for buying whatever else is needed after you use that all up. Detergent was on the shelf in tabs. The house has southern oaks surrounding it so if you shut the pump off the filter will not clean the surface. That was shut off on the pool remote. It needed to stay in the on position. It keeps the pool clean until the pool company comes back weekly. The directions were right next to it. There was another net near the pool equipment. If you had called our office we could have sent someone over to change it out and skim it. Kids catch balls in them and rip them. We always have 2 there The owner was very disappointed that you are insinuating the pictures are hiding something. Not at all it's the same house. He feels your review was totally unfair. You came in after we had a bad storm so the patio probably got gusts of wind with dust. He pays a professinal cleaning company to clean and they do the porch area as well. Thats why management was their to check the Wi-Fi That was knocked out even beachside with our summer storms. We emailed you the next day to ask if anything was needed we were told no. We can only correct things if we are told there's a problem. We were disappointed you didn't call us so we could have helped make your stay more comfortable. You had told me you all had a nice time when asked so I'm glad you all still had fun.

Oasis in the aftermath

We stayed the first weekend of November, after hurricane Ian. Almost every house on the street had piles of garbage from hurricane damage, carpets, furniture, drywall, but this house did not have any garbage nor did it seem to have sustained any damage. The house met our needs. We were four older men taking part in a match is New Smyrna Beach. We each had a bedroom. The kitchen was well stocked and the sectional sofa was huge, actually too big for the room, The living room, with the big sectional, had a smart big screen and each bedroom had a smart TV as well. We did not use the backyard and pool. The house is one or two miles from I-95 and one or two miles from a shopping center with a Publix grocery store. I would stay there again if attending something in the area.

Family Vacation

We had an amazing time staying at this house! We really didn’t venture out too much, as it was so nice relaxing by the pool! Nice, quiet neighborhood! The house was equipped with all we needed, including pool toys! The water temp was perfect, no need to heat. We will definitely be back next year to stay again! Thank you!!

I really enjoyed my visit and the property manager was very responsive and helpful. The home is about 15 minutes from Flagler Avenue where you drive onto New Smyrna Beach. The location couldn’t be beat! I LOVED the pool! I am sure I will be back for a visit, soon!

Wonderful vacation place

We enjoyed staying at this property. There were only a few complaints that we have. 1) Master Bathroom shower slowly drained. 2) only 2 of the TVs had the cords for the ROKU. 3) the brick connected to the railing for the hot tub is broken so it is very dangerous. 4) the pool cleaners came the first morning we were there and after they left it seemed like the pool was really hot! (Controller said 95 degrees).

Birthday Vacation

This is a great location out of the way in a fairly quite neighborhood (minus a few trains and fire alarms going off at 5am). The owners are very attentive and easy to communicate with. The location has a nice pool and spa to spend some refreshing lazy days. Also very close to the national sea shore and great local restaurants. Had a great experience overall.

Pool and spa were amazing.

Great stay

Everything was just as it was supposed to be, there was more than expected, pool was great kitchen was completely stocked with all utensils

Nice

Property was as described online. The pool and hot tub were excellent! The beds could definitely be better, but overall a great vacation home. We enjoyed our stay very much.

house was good, pool was great!

There were little things hat broke on us but house was spacious enough for the 9 of us to spread out and we all loved the giant pool. Seemed a little strange there wasn't a privacy fence or more shrubbery to block view from the road.

Hi Karen, Thanks for the review. The door handle just needed the screw tightened. We would have fixed if we knew that happened while you were here. A phone call away. The owner just started planting palm trees and Areca palms it should be private within the month. Glad to hear you and the kids had fun come back and visit.
