Lovely villa and great host

We were a group of five, myself, my son and his girlfriend and my youngest daughter. It was a lovely property and walk into town is just 15mins. We could easily have accommodated another 3 people. The views of the sunset from the pool are spectacular. Thomas was very flexible with check in and check out.

a beautiful place to stay

a very warm welcome from Thomas, thorough overview of property and amenities, stunning views all through the day and beautiful sunsets over the pool and mountains. very spacious with plenty of facilities, and very well equipped kitchen. The pool was a great asset and very good fun. Also the Bocci field. 10 minute walk to shops and 15 minutes to restaurants and centre of Naoussa. Owner Thomas was very helpful and responsive to anything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Family Reunion

Villa Naousa was the perfect venue for our family reunion. We were 6 adults and 2 small children with separation for all couples. The property was amazing, the pool, the outdoor space, especially the sunsets. We hired a car and a quad bike so that we could explore the island during the day and dine in Naousa (on 3 occasions) at night. Thomas was the perfect host and resolved any concerns immediately. We would definitely return.

Perfect week

We had a great week in Thomas's villa, which looked even better in person than in the photos. It matched our group of friends in every way, with the pool and superb sea views (with the added bonus of an outstanding sunset every evening), cosy outdoor spaces and plenty to keep us entertained (barbecue, pétanque court, speakers, etc.). The villa is very well equipped, with all the essentials, and Thomas even took care to provide everything we might need during our stay (washing powder, salt, pepper, washing-up liquid, garbage cans, etc.), which was really nice!

House in Naousa

We had a great week staying at this property. It was homely, well equipped and Thomas was easily reached for any queries. It is walkable distance into Naousa but the track to the main road is rough so if you have any walking difficulties you will need a car. We wanted a quiet week so chilled out round the pool most days, the view is lovely and we ventured out mainly for dinner but if you wanted to cook there are two decent supermarkets down on the main road and the kitchen is well equipped. We only ate in Naousa once as found it extremely busy but loved Leftkes and also visited Parakia, Aliki and Ampelas, all nice resorts. Would stay again if we returned to Paros.

Excellent séjour !

Très belle maison, vue incroyable, piscine, terrain de boules et jeux d'échec géant ont participé à ce séjour extraordinaire !! L'emplacement sans vis à vis est top! Très proche de Naoussa et du supermarché ce qui est vraiment appréciable . Le propriétaire est quelqu'un de charmant et un grand merci à vous pour ces cadeaux d'accueil !!!

Wonderfully relaxing & comfortable home, in a great location. It’s a little rustic but that adds to the charm. Maybe a bit of a spruce up outside would be good, but didn’t detract from our enjoyment in any way. Thomas was a very helpful host. Would recommend everything.

Wonderful in every way!!!

Our host was kind and extremely helpful, recommending resources for a special occasion and making special arrangements that made our stay even better. The home was perfect for two small families or one large one, like ours. Honestly, it exceeded our expectations in every way. The location was also out of the way and quiet, with breathtaking views, and yet very close to Naousa. We would absolutely return, given the opportunity.

Wonderful House, wonderful Vacation

I have been to numerous houses in Greece in the past 30 years. This one certainly belongs to the top three. The view is spectacular, the house remains cool even without AC, the pool is huge and surrounding is very quiet. We enjoyed our stay so much that we often did not go to beaches or so. I can only reccomend this property to anyboday.

Simply amazing, the best week in the best place

We had the most amazing week in Thomas’s house in Naousa. It was so welcoming and so well equipped, we didn’t need for anything. The pool was ideal, we had a couple of very young children and the little shallow section was greatly appreciated. The views were stunning too. I cannot thank Thomas enough for such a fantastic experience - Thomas was the most helpful, accommodating and attentive host. We were able to check in early, we had wine, beers, juices and snacks waiting for us upon arrival. Every detail was perfect and made our arrival as smooth as one could wish for. Thank you so much! We will definitely be back.

Wonderful Home on Paros

This was the perfect place for three couples to hang their hats during a 5 day stay on Paros. The owner is friendly and easy to contact. The house has all the amenities for a large group and the view is to die for! Highly recommended and we will return!

Amazing Stay in Naousa

Vacation in Paros

The villa is better than words can describe. The views are outstanding. The pool is to die for. Thomas was more than helpful. The villa is spacious and had everything we needed plus more. There are many different seating areas outside to enjoy a drink and relax. The town and many beaches are close by and we enjoyed them all. We loved the pool and spent many hours there. I highly recommend this villa and would not hesitate to stay there again. In fact, I hope I am able to in the future. Thank you Thomas for a wonderful vacation.

La maison est bien placée, avec vue sur mer et à 10 min à pied du centre de Naoussa Elle est propre, et fonctionnelle Vaiselle et deco un peu passée Le propriétaire Thomas est charmant En revanche le prix proposé à la semaine pour le mois d'août est excessif au regard du bien prooosé et en comparaison de qu'on peut trouver à Paros.

Thank you for the review. Accoding to my research for 4 bedroom houses on Paros our rates are on the bottom end. The style of the house is seen in the photos. I do not follow the modern minimalistic trend. So everybody should book the style liked. That is why I have contact to the future guests to try to make sure they reserve the place they want without surprises. If anything in the kitchen is missing I usually replace it once it is brought to my attention

Nous avons passé un super séjour dans une villa magnifique 😊 Nous étions deux familles, 8 au total et la maison est très spacieuse, elle bénéficie de tous le confort et la piscine à débordement est juste super. Localisation idéale à naoussa.Thomas est un hôte agréable et tres attentionné, il nous a donné pleins de conseils et n'a pas hésité à nous ouvrir son carnet d'adresse pour plongée et virée en bateau. Bref une semaine de vacances parfaite, je recommande vivement cette location.

Super, schön und unvergesslich!!

Von der Ankunft am Hafen von Parikia bis zum Abflug hat alles bestens geklappt. Das Haus ist sehr gemütlich und perfekt gelegen. Um nach Naoussa zu gelangen benötigt man mit dem Auto ca. 5 min. Da das Haus etwas erhöht liegt würde ich ein Auto empfehlen. Die Aussicht von der grosszügigen Terrasse war bezaubernd. Mit Ausblick übers Meer durften wir wunderschöne Sonnenuntergänge geniessen. Das Haus ist gut aufgeteilt und auch perfekt für Familien. Es hat auch Spielsachen für Kinder vor Ort und falls nötig kann man den Pool durch einen Zaun abgrenzen. Der Vermieter war sehr gastfreundlich und stand uns bei Fragen oder Ausflugtips jederzeit zur Seite. Es hat uns so sehr gefallen, dass wir planen unsere Ferien nächstes Jahr wieder in diesem Haus zu verbringen. Wir können es wärmstens weiterempfehlen:) Wir vermissen Paros jetzt schon! Vielen Dank für Alles an den Vermieter!

A Glass of Rose and A Beautiful Sunset!

Villa Naoussa has a great location both from both a logistic and a scenic perspective. We were seven persons total, four adults, three kids (we shared the villa with another family). The accommodations worked perfectly for two families as the main house has a master bedroom and a bedroom with two twin beds. The second master is detached from the main house with an en-suite bathroom and a second bedroom with two twin beds and a bathroom upstairs. Each family had complete privacy. The kitchen is small but well equipped with all the coffee makers, blenders, microwaves, pots, pans and dishes that any chef would need. There is also an outdoor bbq , which we never got around to using but looked wholly adequate for a small feast. The two master bedrooms has air conditioning which was a requirement when I was looking to find a house. The two twin bedded rooms only had a fan. The best part about the house was the perch overlooking the harbor at Naoussa and the surrounding country side. The sunset views from the home were spectacular! The house is set up to be an outdoor living space with couches, dinning and kids play areas set in a private garden environment. We ate breakfasts and sipped rose every evening from our outdoor living area. The island of Paros is small and easy to get to all the beaches from our villa. We particularly liked Santa Margarita Beach with its busy scene and great beach side restaurant. It was clearly the best dinning option of any beach and probably as good as any restaurant we attended in Naoussa. This beach was roughly a 15-minute drive from our villa. In the evening we had a 5-minute drive into Naoussa where the town offered more dining options than we needed, all packed into the tight alleyways of the town and along the water front. It is all very convenient, clean and charming. We ate everything from Pizza, to traditional Greek Tavernas, Sushi and French restaurants. In short, I would hugely recommend Paros as a beach destination and would highly recommend Thomas’ house for convenience, the view, charm and cleanliness. Thomas was very communicative and helpful throughout the process. We were 100 percent pleased with our week at Villa Naoussa and would return! Thanks Thomas.

Amazing house!

Amazing house. First the view is amazing. And the word amazing is not enough to describe the breathtaking panorama you have from the pool or from the terrasse. Second, the house is beautiful. The kitchen is very well equipped with very new and high-end appliances (fridge, owen etc...). The air conditionning allows to face the heat in the hottest days of the summer. And the rooms are beautifully decorated, exactly as described on the pictures. The 2 master bedrooms are huge ! Third, the garden, the pool and the terrasse(s) are a dream and here also very well furbished with many many sun beds. Last, Thomas is very helpful during the stay and very reliable during the pre-rent process or during the stay. The house is very clean. As a conclusion we spent dream vacations. I highly recommend this rental !!!!!

Wonderful

The house is really amazing. Match with the announce and even better. Everything was perfect during our journey. the owner is so kind, he is available for anything. Well equipped, the view and the location! We will certainly come back. I recommend this location. Thank you Thomas for your house and the vacation.

Fantastic week in June

The location is perfect. Really close to Naoussa but in a quiet area. Great view to the sea. The house is very well equipped and ideal for 2 families vacationing together. Plenty of space for the children to play. It was nice that the second big bedroom has its own fridge and small kitchen. It provided some independance. Thomas was very helpful and the perfect host.He made our stay the most comfortable. We will come again!

As host I make it my obligation not only to provide the villa, but as well to assist in any way and help organising the holidays, gather information, make contacts and generally be there for my guests. Many years in hospitality business have shown to me how impartant a carefree vacation is and the less time spent in searching for the information or a certain location the more time is there to enjoy.

Perfekte Lage, sehr gute Ausstattung

Wir waren 6 Personen mitte September. Durch die Nähe zum Ort konnten wir und einen Mietwagen ersparen. wir wurden vom Hafen abgeholt und auch wieder zurückgebracht. Den Rest konnten wir bequem zu Fuß, mit dem Bus oder Boot erledigen. Das Hau bietet alle was man so braucht. Vor allem in der Küche ist mehr vorhanden als in so manchem anderen Haus. Der Ausblick über den Pool hinweg auf die Bucht ist grossartig. Alles ist sehr offen. Technisch vielleicht etwas überpowered mit 3 Fernsehern mit Sat Anschluß, aber wer es will. Wir kommen wieder

Bellissima

La casa, l'isola ....tutto perfetto. Ha soddisfatto tutte le nostre aspettative. Il servizio offerto dal proprietario è eccellente e la casa ha tutto per avere le vacanze perfette!! Naoussa è bellissima molto tradizionale ma allo stesso tempo con tanta vita notturna, ristoranti, bar ecc.

The house is ideally located on a dead end, raised on a hill, with wunerbarem views over the bay of Naoussa, the sunset and the hinterland. Although the property is located on a hill, it is flat ß no slope!
A few minutes yu foot it is only up to the center of Naoussa with its picturesque harbor, taverns, restaurants, cafes, bars and shopping opportunities.
We have paid particular attention to ensuring that children feel at ease. One area on the veranda with table and chairs, toys, small hanging swing, mask and snorkel etc .. waiting to be used on it.
For the safety of the little ones can close the porch to the entrance and the stairs to the first floor, protection devices for power plug available, toilet seat, potty, baby beds with mosquito net, blender and Babyphione, plastic dishes for children ...
Very well equipped kitchen with extras such as waffle maker, juicer, Frappeemixer, Barman, Shaker for cocktails ...
The swimming pool is only 1.50 m deep, good for ball games. A separate children's section with water depth of 0.70 m is available. A security fence may establish me if you wish.
