Great location but the actual condo was disgusting. Dust on ALL surfaces and found a pair of USED eye lashes. Since there’s no AC they provide fans which were all FILTHY and covered in dust. The fans in the bathrooms were disgusting. The unit isn’t managed by the actual building so the front desk people can’t help you with ANYTHING. they can’t even let you into the condo if you lose your key or something. Would never stay here again. So many better options in Breckenridge.

Good apartment, check the location

The apartment itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The common-area amenities were actually better than we expected.That said, we booked this place because it was listed as ski-in/ski-out, but unfortunately the nearby lifts were closed during our stay. This meant we had to drive to the slopes every day.If you're coming here for the skiing, make sure to confirm lift access in advance.

The apartment and common areas were great and met our expectations. However, the lift access was closed during our stay, so we had to drive and park at the gondola every day. We booked and paid for a ski-in/ski-out property, so it was disappointing not to have that access. Thank you,

Great Location

We love village at Breckenridge! this is our second year staying here and this condo was in much better condition and more space than our last condo. I think my only request for the price would be to have a King bed in the primary suite. We know it was a queen when we booked it and still have a fabulous stay. But for the price, the King would be a tight fit, but much better for the price!

Great stay!

Overall this was a wonderful condo to rent. Updated, comfortable, spacious and great location. I loved being able to see my child at ski school right out the window and the views in general were spectacular. The only issues were very minor- using the Village app for the room key can be a bit slow/inconvenient, but I’m sure the owners of the unit can’t do anything about that. There weren’t any oven mitts in the kitchen and we could have used more kitchen towels. Like I said- very minor problems! We would definitely stay here again and plan to rent this unit in the future.

Family Ski Vacation

Very good location to ski school and town. Lift lines were longer than we expected to get up the mountain but had nothing to do with our condo...It was perfect for my family. Our only comment was that the bathrooms should have been better equipped with better soaps and personal hygiene items. (more upscale)

Nice Location, but not Exactly 'Elegant'

It was a nice location... steps from the Quicksilver Lift at the Base of 9 (a good place for beginners, but just a chair lift up and you can be on your way to any terrain) and also steps away from all of the shops and restaurants in downtown Breckenridge. The unit itself can't really be described as 'elegant' or 'contemporary' as noted in the identifier. The images are deceiving and gorgeous compared to the actual accommodations. Although the view of the mountain is beautiful from this corner unit, the unit is kinda' drab (due to furnishings and lighting... Better lighting - especially in the bedrooms - would help) and the master bathroom and some of the decor could use some updating. The pool is attached to a different building, but is accessible by way of the underground parkade ... so it's not necessary to take a walk outside to get to the pool which is nice; however, walking through the dirty/extremely dusty parkade makes this place feel anything but 'resort-like'. Although there is a lot of excitement on the Main Street, no one gathers in the center bricked area between the buildings... No fires burning, music, food/drinks... It's quiet unlike at the bases of Peak 8 and Peak 7 (but again, not a deal breaker because the main drag is just steps away). There is actually a fire pit and outdoor furniture by the pool area, but all of the furnishings were covered and the fire wasn't burning... so not exactly a welcome or useable gathering spot. Great location

Our third time at Breck and this condo had the best location for kids hands down! We were able to take the elevator down to the kids ski school without exiting the building. We were also able to watch the kids ski right from our dining table and living room. Would stay here again in the future. Also, Cade was very helpful when we had an issue with our dishwasher.

Super Location for Skiing and Walk to Town

The condo was in the perfect location for skiing and walking to town. The kitchen was well equipped. The unit was clean and the big windows overlooking the ski trails was beautiful. Was nice to be able to get plenty of firewood for the wood burning fire place. Only 2 minor complaints - the master should be a king bed. There was no ice maker or ice available - I went down to the front desk and they questioned whether we booked through them - we did not, so they couldn’t provide ice. Additionally there was no ice available in their little small market. Advise picking up ice on your way in if you want to make drinks for the evening.

Great Location

Very clean property. It was a great property with a toddler (everything on 1 floor, no stairs within unit, and light blocking curtains in all rooms for nap time). Great location, walking distance to Main Street. Wonderful views and balconies on all rooms. Would stay again and recommend to friends/family.

Beautiful view and spacious condo. The kitchen was nice and big and updated. The bathrooms were clean, but could use some updating, and the walls were very thin as we could hear everything the people above us were doing.

The View nerver changes but..

We've stayed here before and the view of the mountains never changes but the magnificience of the view does. Every season influences the scene from the flowers of Summer, to the golds of Fall, to the winterwonderland of the cold season. However the sky changes by the hour. The best part of the day is dawn, watching the sun illuminate the tips of the mountains and then creep down to the valley. At dusk the clouds put on a dynamic show until the darkness arrives. And the best part is that you get to enjoy this from the comfort of a well appointed, clean. spacious, comfortable condo.

Our First Choice… From Now On!

We LOVED this place! It was clean, updated, had everything we needed, and located in a perfect location for shopping and enjoying the downtown area. We really enjoyed the pool, hot tubs, and recreation area located in the building we stayed in. This is our favorite place we have stayed and we will definitely stay here again next year as we visit Breckenridge each year!!

Incredible location!

Stayed during the week just before the summer season. If all your activities are in Breckenridge, you won't need a car as most things are within walking distance of your villa. Great views and ample space. We had extended family over for dinner one night, and even with 18 people, there was plenty of room.

The view! The convenience! Great layout. Will stay here again. Only downfall of property is not having laundry in the unit. Could use new shower curtains and a deep clean of the oven, but otherwise excellent! Loved staying here for our vacation!

Best Location and Views

This is our second time to stay at the Village but our first time in this unit and it did not disappoint. The views were amazing and you could not pick a better location. My girls kept asking if we could go back to the candy store and come to find out it was at the bottom of our building. From the lift, ski rental, lessons, walking distant to anything in town and parking in the heated garage close to the elevator it was seamless and stress-free. When we arrived our parking card did not work but a quick call and they had it working in minutes. There was 4 adults and 2 children and we all had our own space. I used the washer and dryer down just outside our room and it was easy/clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you need to cook. Bathrooms are spacious with plenty of towels.
