This condo was perfect for our stay in Breckenridge. The host was so helpful and attentive, and the condo was beautiful and in excellent condition, as well as very clean. It was also well equipped and was so warm and cozy. The best part is the location! It could not be more perfect for the skiers and non skiers of your group. You can walk to everything Breckenridge has to offer, and you can get to the lifts easily as well. Can't wait to go back!

Wonderful host. Went above and beyond to make sure our stay was flawless. Location is perfect with a short walk to lifts and Main Street. Plenty of rental equipment stores downstairs and garage parking. 10/10 would stay here again.

Our host, Sarah went above and beyond to help make sure our stay was flawless. From immediate and timely communication, to recommending a caterer for our Thanksgiving dinner, she was truly the best host we have ever had. She checked in with us frequently and made sure we had everything we needed at all times. I would recommend staying at one of Sarah’s many properties and we look forward to our next stay with her.

Outstanding from start to finish

The host was exceptional—every question we had was answered quickly and clearly, which made planning and coordinating a multigenerational trip much easier. The communication was prompt, professional, and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. The location is unbeatable. The apartment is directly on the Peak 9 lift-truly almost ski-in/ski-out. It’s just down the elevator and a few steps to the lift. For a family traveling with elderly relatives and a toddler, this was a game changer. We were all on different schedules, and being able to head out or come back within minutes made the trip incredibly smooth and flexible. Access to the indoor pool, sauna, and steam room in the adjacent building was another big plus. The apartment itself was comfortable, and well set up for a family stay. Overall, this is an ideal property for anyone looking to stay on Peak 9 base.

Very Proactive Host

The host was a very proactive and made sure we have everything we needed during our stay. The condo is set up with a king master bedroom and the second bedroom was great with enough room to sleep several people. The pool area is great for kids and adults. Highly recommend either for summer or winter.

This was our second year staying in this incredible condo. There is nowhere more convenient for our family to spend the week at Breckenridge. First, in terms of the area, it’s a short (think 100 yards) walk to pick up ski rental gear, drop kids at ski school or hit the slopes. It’s a 5 minute walk into town where all of the shops and restaurants are. Second, in terms of the condo itself, it’s incredibly clean and was very comfortable for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed. We did not use the parking but imagine that would be convenient too as the building elevator goes right to the garage. The host, Sarah, is always so communicative both leading up to and during our stay for anything we might need. The check in process is easy as well. To note, we travel with another family so I’ve had the chance to see other units in these buildings and believe this one is the best appointed for a comfortable stay and an incredible ski week. There is plenty of space to store our ski gear to keep it out of the way and having in-unit laundry is a total game changer too. We will definitely plan to stay here again during future trips to Breck!

4th of July in Breck

As always, this property didn't disappoint. We were able to book last minute and the host was unbelievable in helping make it happen. This was our 6th time staying here and when we come to Breck, we won't stay anywhere else! There is something to be said about staying somewhere that is clean, well maintained and has great customer service.
