We will definitely clarify misleading information in the description and fix it for future guests. We apologize that the jacuzzi was not working. This is an amenity that we can not always guarantee working with the amount of traffic it receives from renters before yourself. Unfortunately if not notified to us during the stay, we can not address this and get a vendor to the property. It is our goal here at Destination Big Bear to make your stay as best as possible. Unfortunately due to COVID-19, we require a 24-time gap between tenants. We were unable to grant a late check out due to this affecting another tenant's time gap. As well, we are not allowed to any gathering in our cabins. As find noise, loud music, yelling during the stay. Warm regards, Destination Big Bear

Hello Rosalinda, We are very happy to hear that you and your family enjoyed spending a weekend in Nature's Dream. Also, that he views this property has to offer did not disappoint you, that you enjoyed barbecuing, eating on the deck, that it clean, comfortable, you and your party enjoyed the sofa rockers, comfortable beds, and that the kids enjoyed playing in the property. We are glad that the platform was beneficial to your party, especially since from the bathrooms to the kitchen was supplied with necessary things. We do apologize that arriving to a dish washer with no laundry supplies was a surprise for you. We do try to notify all of our guest that we usually do not supply laundry supplies, however, we are glad that our team was able to assist and provide. Also, that the hot tub never got too hot for your stay. We have sent a hot tub technician and the hot tub is now working to the best of its abilities, and we have not received any complaints, on the contrary. It's great to know that Nature's Dream offered the perfect winter getaway due to the home being warm, clean, being fully stocked with supplies, extra blankets, and that you enjoyed the amazing view this property has to offer. Thank you for your feedback on the Blu-ray player, no hot pads being provided, and no gas lighter.
