Perfect beach stay

House was in a great location, we could walk to town and beach. We used 5 of the 6 bedrooms. 6 adults a 3 year old and a two year old. Lots of stairs, which is okay as long as everyone in your party can handle them. We stayed six nights and had lots of room. Overall a great choice for our family vacation.

Great House for Family

We went on a family trip to celebrate my daughter's birthday. It had a good amount of group space, plenty of seating, and also room to get away and have a break from everyone. The kitchen was wonderful for making big meals too. A wonderful family house.

Perfect Place for a Group of Friends

This place was perfect for 10 teenage boys & 2 coaches. Clean & comfy. Plenty of places to sleep and spread out. Basement ping pong was a plus!! Would definitely rent again.

Great location for Beach stay!

Great beach access on quiet street. Everyone loved the ping pong table in garage area. Easy walking access to promenade and downtown. 3 generations of 12 had lots of room! Cons: No paper towels or coffee filters. Listed 5 baths, but only has 4.

Great stay

House very spacious and well designed for families. We enjoyed our stay for couples retreat at seaside. Although, it was very difficult to ask for early check in excess. Also, house was with previous tenants garbage on the kitchen floor. Six bedrooms house for 12 people and only four cars parking spots allowed , so used only four bedrooms, as nobody wanted to share their car with others. Overall, price was good and affordable. Big living room and spacious kitchen.

Perfect family getaway

Chose this property to celebrate my moms 50th birthday with her and all her kids. Beautiful home, very close to the beach, the view of the water from the upstairs kitchen is great! Property was very clean upon arrival, easy check in, stocked kitchen has any utensils and cookware you might need, there was even filters and coffee for the coffee pot! A ton of family friendly games for all ages. Overall very comfortable! We were all very happy with our stay!

This location is PERFECT

Close to beach. Great view. Close to outlets. 2 minute drive to main strip. Beds were comfortable AND CLEAN! Kitchen and appliances were clean. All bathrooms were clean. We will definitely try and book this location in the future!

Multi Family home

This property was wonderful for a multi family trip. We were a short walk to the beach and close enough to be able to walk to town on the Prom. The house was very clean with large living spaces. The kitchen was well stocked with crockpots, griddles, pots, pans, dishes, etc.

Clean! Lots of room and so close to beach!

We stayed with a few families and had all ages of children. There was something for everyone here- books, toys, beach toys! Beach access was just a few minutes walk! Every appliance available except a coffee grinder! (Crock pots, skillets, many dishes and utensils,ect) Enough bedrooms for a big get together. We will definitely stay again!

Over all we like the property
