The Millers Cottage has a private 7 by 3 m heated swimming pool overlooking the orchard and the lake.

Domaine de Seguinet is a small private estate set in over 18 acres of beautiful grounds including an orchard, mill stream, lake and bordered by the picturesque grounds.

For smaller parties the Maison Meunier (Miller's house) is the perfect location. All on one level, this cottage is perfect for smaller parties, in particular families - open living in this pretty restored stone cottage, 2 bedrooms - one super king and a great triple room. Surrounding the house is a shady covered veranda with views over the private swimming pool and orchard beyond.

The pool is 7 m by 3 m with decking all around - at 1.4 m in depth it is perfect for cooling down or enjoying some great watery fun. Privately situated with plenty of sun loungers and views across the orchard to the lake beyond.

Seguinet is situated in the heart of the Aquitaine region on the borders of the rivers Lot, Garonne and Dordogne. It is a 10 min drive from Fumel where there are many large supermarkets, restaurants and shops. Numerous famous bastide towns and chateaux are nearby and well worth a visit. Belves, Monflanquin, Monpazier, Villefranche-du-Perigod, Issigeac and Chateau de Biron to mention just a few. The beautiful town of Sarlat is only a 45 min drive away.

Arriving at Le Seguinet is so easy with Bergerac airport only an hours drive on a simple and easy to follow route. Bordeaux and Toulouse are also within an easy drive.

There is a strong gastronomic tradition in this area, eating out is part of the French way of life. Lunch time is the best value with three course lunch menu from around 12 euros including wine. Haute cuisine for gourmets, is also available and can be found locally, including the 1 Michelin star restaurants in Pujols (40 mins) & Agen (40 mins). There are a couple of great restaurants in Gavaudun. Just 10 min drive away you can sit in one of the two restaurants at the foot of the stunning Chateau de Bonaguil.
