We loved the house, there was plenty of space for a large family, the house was surrounded by forest preserve, far away from other houses, which gave us some privacy.The area was very peaceful.

a lovely place to stay in a beautiful area

visit the Pepin area! it is so beautiful and has so much to offer! and if you do, this is a very nice place to stay :-). we were there for a family wedding and the home perfectly fit our needs.

Great stat

We stayed for a wedding located in Lake City, MN. We thought it was a great location and easy to get to. The property was very clean and had everything we could have needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Peaceful and Quiet

5 of us were in town for a wedding, and this was the perfect place to stay. So quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed many laughs on the porch and around the campfire. I highly recommend to anyone who is looking for a secluded getaway!

Nice relaxing getaway

The property as as listed. There were plenty of towels and sheets for us. We had 7 people in our group. The wildlife was amazing to watch. It was a very relaxing time with family. We would stay here again.

Weekend Getaway

We went for a weekend getaway for our niece’s reception in Lake City, MN. It was only a 30 min drive and beautiful scenery. The house is very clean, simple check in and out process and the website photos are spot on. It’s off a dirt road with only a few houses around. A lot of wildlife; even got a cute photo of a family of deer. Very homey and comfortable. Thank you.

Beautiful setting high on the hill

Open and spacious. Just what we needed to prepare wedding flowers, food, etc. peaceful and nice outdoor setting. would have loved to have enjoyed that but time didn’t allow. Later checkout was helpful after three days of wedding prep and celebration. Very appreciative!

Relaxing

What a great property. Just the right size, quaint. Three bathrooms - awesome. Big Kitchen, very comfortable. Quiet!! We came to Pepin for my Daughters wedding, a destination wedding, and it was great with no worries. Would recommend it to anyone. Family from Detroit, Iowa and Phoenix converged on Pepin and it was great. Can’t wait to come again. Joe

Overall was a nice stay

The house was beautiful, loved how they decorated the home. Only complaints was the lawn care was terrible, grass was so long looks like it wasen't mowed in months. Also when we arrived the bathrooms were not what I would call "clean" . Could see hair and grime from the previous tenants. Other than that no complaints. Beds were comfy, fit our family perfectly.

Great location for wedding at Villa Bellezza!

We had a family wedding at the winery. This home was an excellent location - just a couple minute drive to the wedding. The house was clean, and had all amenities we needed. The owner communicated perfectly just before we were to check in, and the process went exactly as described. The location was beautiful. I loved watching the deer in the morning right outside the home! I would definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Pepin, and would stay there again if we are in the area again!

Comfy Cozy Stay

We stayed there for my daughter's wedding. We loved how cute the property is and enjoyed visiting on the porch. Everyone commented on how good the slept and how comfy the mattresses are. Loved how close it is to Villa Bellizza! It was nice to only have a short drive after the reception when others drove to Wabasha. Wish we'd have had more time on the porch. Next time!

We have had long term renters in the house for a few years but would like the opportunity to use it ourselves and allow others to enjoy the location when we are not there.
