Great last minute trip!

We were so happy this house was available as we decided last minute to go to Duck. It was wonderful! Perfect location, perfect community. We took the trolley to the beach, we played tennis, walked into town for ice cream, rented kayaks and went out on the sounds. Great week! Thank you.

Nice place oceanside

Great community, especially clubhouse w indoor pool for rainy afternoons. Well equipped and comfy. More private than most since adj cul de sac, but need to drive or rent golf cart if taking toddlers to beach. Need to fix BR closet door on main floor.

Great space and location

Great layout and location to town. Clean and cozy. Easy access to the beach. Looking forward to staying there again

Stay in OBC

The stay and the house was very nice except no pool/beach towels are provided ( you have to pay extra to rent them). You have to buy extra paper towels, trash bags, paper towels, etc. if you run out of the initial 1st roll provided. For the price range of the rent these little extras should definitely be included.

Perfect for family fun

This house was an exceptional place to stay. Walking distance to anything we wanted to do. Plenty of space but not so big we couldn’t hear the kids. Mattress was very comfortable! Would defiantly go back!

Duck Getaway

The house in Duck is in a gated community, quite lovely, charming. There were a few minor problems with burned-out lightbulbs, one remote out of batteries, tiny ants temporarily in the kitchen. This is an older home lovingly maintained and a fine time was had by me and the two friends with me.

Not thoroughly cleaned

First door code didn’t work but someone came right over to help. Shuttle wasn’t running but we’re told it was. Gas grill not working. Pool guy in back yard unannounced. Place not thoroughly cleaned. Refrigerator dirty. Crumbs on table. Air vents dusty.
