Beautiful condo

The condo was beautiful! Anytime we needed anything, they were quick to respond. It was convenient to the strip. We had a wonderful week.

Clean and Roomy

Always enjoy staying here when we go to Branson. Lots of things for the kids to do and the unit was clean and spacious. Will be staying again!

Great condo!

The owner was very responsive and helpful. I received the email with the arrival instructions on Tues and we arrived on Mon but the staff was very friendly and helpful and the check-in process (in my vehicle) was very quick. The condo was very clean and spacious. It was very well stocked with everything that we could need including beach towels. The location was excellent- ground floor next to the pool. Parking was plentiful when we arrived on Mon but was limited when we left Fri am. The ONLY negative was the herd of elephants that stayed upstairs but hopefully they are gone now! I highly recommend this condo for you visit to Branson.

Will never go to a Whyndam resort again and will try not to use Vrbo

We arrived at 2:30 pm. Check in was at 4. We got in our room at 6:43pm. They stated that it was due to the extra precautions that they had to take due to covid. When we got to our room at first glance looked great. We went to dinner and then for a walk as online it has pictures of a beautiful water fall and stream right through the property. This was a highlight I was really looking forward to. It was completely closed and no water. Also come to find out the activity center was completely closed and the hot tub, grills, and games. We have three teenagers and this was one of the reasons we picked this resort. We went back to the room to get showered and my husband went to take a bath in the jet tub and when he turned the water on there were brown bubbles. We have no idea why that happened. The tub, the shower and the kitchen was not very clean. We spilled blueberries on the floor and went to clean it up with a wet rag and the floor was very, very dirty. The next morning we woke up ate breakfast and went to try and go to moonlight beach. We found out all beaches were closed due to flooding. Vrbo, nor did one of the owners of Whyndam let us know any information that beaches were closed, or that places on the resort were closed. Upon leaving we cleaned up after ourselves and my sister in law went to open up the blinds behind her bed and there was a baggie with some water in it. Have no clue why that would be there. First, I will never ever stay at a Whyndam resort again. The reason why? Because micheal one of the owners of Whyndam did nothing for us and when I asked if we could leave a day early he stayed that things during covid happen all the time and he will not be giving us any discounts. That is funny that micheal stated that as that was only a small part of why we wanted to leave. Floods, no beaches, fun things to do on the resort were not open. We had nothing to do. There were so many things that he could have done to rectify the situation. Micheal, if you keep treating your guests like this I assure you you will go out of business.
