Great place for families!

Plenty of room and great proximity to all parks! The pool was great and communication with the host was great. We will definitely try to book this condo next year!

Will stay here every time!

We absolutely loved this place! The pool was nice to have and the house was very clean. We all agreed that this is where we will stay every time we vacation here.

1st Disney Trip!

Our stay was absolutely awesome! Everything we needed was there and the kids loved the pool. My only recommendation would be to upgrade the living room furniture. It was a bit worn, but perfect for the small ones. The neighborhood was great for walking in the evenings as well!

Perfect spot for a Disney Vacation

Great Villa, close to everything! Villa decor and rooms were nicely done. Lots of sleep space. Kids will love it as well as two rooms were Disney themed. Thanks for a great stay!

Great stay!

This house was perfect for our Orlando stay. The location was great with about a 20 minute drive to all of the theme parks. The house was decorated beautifully with Disney themed bedrooms for the kids. The community pool, lazy river, water slides, miniature golf, and tiki bar made this townhouse an attraction of its own.

Family vacation

My family and I loved this property. The online listing is very accurate. The home was clean and very spacious. My grandkids loved the pool. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and I would definitely stay here again.

Great for families

House was wonderful. Very close to everything in town. Disney and universal parks are about 30 minutes in the morning with traffic. Only problem we had was we never got a parking pass. We had to be buzzed in every time. The little young guys working the guard station acted like he never passes one out when we asked for one. It took us two days to even find the guard station the place was so big. Our house is on the other side of the neighborhood. Btw so is the neighborhood pools and slides. Not a big deal just something that would’ve been good to know.

Upstairs bathroom only had sink. Master had sink, toilet and shower. The layout map showed both bathrooms having the same in each.

Great location

Property was a little tired, asked the host for more kitchen supplies and pillows that was sent. Entry into the property was a challenge as QR codes didn’t work at the gate and had to buzz in every time that was a bit annoying. Pool man came to fill the pool and left it for 4 hours when we got back it was almost over filled. Good location and close to Disney - only 15 minutes to all the parks, good shopping and restaurants nearby and nice property but in need of some repair. Top bunk bed rail was loose and so didn’t feel safe to use. As we were cooking a few meals in the 2 weeks we spent there we found the kitchen equipment a challenge, blunt knives, broken blender, bowed pans etc.

Would stay again!

This place had everything we needed! Loved that it had a washer and dryer. Location was perfect for everything we had planned. Could use alittle up keep.. maybe nee island chairs or chair covers to hide the worn corners.. a deep clean including baseboards.. carpet cleaned on the stairs.. but none of that affects the stay so it was all still amazing! I would deffinitly suggest paying for the pool heating! We didnt and I regret it 😔

The property has the bare minimum when it comes to everyday utensils, like the kitchen stuff, a few cooking pans, few plates and cups, silverware sets. Some of the furniture is old like the island stools. Beds didnt have full sheets sets, and pillows were yellow under the pillow covers. Shower tubs had hair and it look like they didn’t get cleaned after the last visit. I spotted some mold and rust on the showers.

Classy, Kinda Boujie Vacay Home

From the moment I opened the door I was super pleased with the decor, layout and over appearance of this home. It was very nice, with luxurious feel. My family and I talked about how beautiful the house was and it truly is centrally located. Close to Disney, Walmart, Publix and Outlets. The pool was an added plus for the kids. Didn't utilize the Waterpark but it seemed nice whole passing by. My only thing was didnt know the gate close at 9 and then you have to enter through the guard gate but property manager answered my messages promptly to help me figure that out. I highly recommend!

Family Disney trip

The property was in a very convenient locations. It was close to everything. The property was spacious. We were very disappointed with the private heated pool. This was why we booked it. I paid in advance to have it heated. I messaged several times to ask them if it was being heated and I was told it took a while to heat. I found out later that it was never turned on. We planned one of our days around the pool and wanted to come back early and swim After notifying them that the heater was not working. It was never ever turned on. They did refund me for the heated pool, but we were never able to use it.

Christmas in Orlando

The property was okay. I love this resort and have enjoyed our stays here for the past 3 years. However, this property was less desirable. For the most part, it was clean but disappointed in the condition of the furniture in the living and kitchen areas. The counter chairs' leather were visibly torn with foam material exposed as well as couch leather peeling. Face cloth linens were very limited. I understand the policy of starter packs but the face cloths were not with the other linen and we didn't find them until the next day. There were only 4 in the pack and we had 7 guest. We ended up purchasing face cloths at a local store. The property could also use some additional cooking items such as baking pans as there was only 1 pan present. I did share my concerns with the host about the chairs and response was timely but of course the furniture situation could not be resolved while we were there. Overall we enjoyed our stay and the parks. I will book again at this resort but not this particular property.

Good Location, Disappointing Property

Storey Lake is in a great location to access Disney parks and there are many shopping and restaurant choices in the area. . This unit was as described in the listing however it was very dirty when we arrived. We needed to vacuum and wipe down the table, chairs and garbage bin. The bunk bed ladder was broken and a bed sheet was missing. These deficiencies were reported on Day One. It took four days for the ladder to be replaced and the sheet was never delivered. The main floor bathroom has mould in the shower and the sink didn’t drain very well. The private pool was clean and we enjoyed it every day but the outdoor cushions are mouldy. The clubhouse amenities are very good and the staff were pleasant. The playground is in a state of disrepair and the general grounds are not very well tended. It seems that Storey Lake is focused on quantity rather than quality. We would not return to this unit.

Universal studio family trip

My experience renting this property was a streamlined, seamless experience. This is my second time staying at this property. I love the location and distance to the adventure parks and neighboring restaurants. The size of the property is great for a large family.

Our stay

This property was perfect for our group of 7! The home was exactly as described. We loved the close proximity to Disney and the personal pool. The club house amenities/pool was also a huge hit with my kids! The host was always quick to respond with any questions! We will definitely be back!!

Great property

Great property for children. Though we didn't need them, there were two pack n plays and strollers on site, even a highchair. The kitchen was well equipped. We were given one roll of paper towel, enough dish soap for the week, three packs of dishwasher soap, a kitchen sponge. Each bathroom had two bars of hand soap and a roll of toilet paper. There were enough towel sets for each person including sunbathing towels. We were also given three packs of laundry soap for the huge washer and dryer. The community pool/lazy river was about a seven minute walk from the home and was great! We and others in the community had issues getting in the secured gates with the paper QR code they give us to scan. The code sent to my phone worked best. I will say, the community is not as secure as you think. Once the gates open, they stay open until nothing is in the way so a train of cars can come in. Overall, it was a very nice property!

Excellent Location to Disney Parks

The property is located in an ideal location close to all Disney Parks in addition to stores like Target and various dining options. The property was exactly as described and there was plenty of room for our family of 6. We had an issue with the downstairs toilet but property management provided a quick response and resolved the matter within 24 hours. The property exhibits signs of wear and tear but that is to be expected for a vacation rental that can accommodate a large party/family. Lastly, the private plunge pool in the patio area was ideal for our little ones to enjoy and was comfortable for the adults to relax and watch them in a controlled space. One more comment, the trash bags, toilet paper, and toiletries are limited to 1 use but we were aware of this matter so we brought extra trash bags, toiletries, Ziploc baggies from home and purchased the toilet paper and paper towels from Target. We would definitely stay again!!!

A great experience

Overall, our experience at this property was great. The home could have been cleaner. The baseboards had tons of dust on them and the stairs looked as if they hadn't been vacuumed. The WIFI in the house was different than the instructions that were sent so that was a little confusing. The outlets in the bathrooms don't work. We assume this is because they are not GFI certified but it wasn't simple trying to get ready and not having an outlet in any bathroom. It would have been nice to have some information regarding the amenities instead of just having to figure out where the clubhouse was and going there to find out the hours.

Marathon weekend trip.

The property matched description. Plenty of room and fantastic location for Disney properties and groceries. We had a couple minor maintenance issues and once we were able to notify property manager they sent maintenance over promptly and issues were quickly resolved. Calling the property managers proved tricky-voicemail was full, but e-mail got through quickly. Small details were overlooked that could have made our experience even better: no ice upon check in. Only 3 coffee mugs for a property of this size. Minor, but annoying to realize after grocery run was complete. So check before you go to store. Cleaning was below average -stairs weren’t vacuumed, exterior was little dirty from trash bins being at front door and floors weren’t swept very well. This is more of a note to property team to ensure cleaning team is taking time to get those details done. Didn’t effect our trip but set a less than ideal first impression upon arrival. Overall, enjoyed the stay and property.

Disney 2021

The house was perfect. Beds were comfortable and it was close to Disney like we wanted. We always stay in Storey Lake when going to Disney. Had issues with back gate (scan pass did not work well) but guard always on duty so they let us in. Would definitely stay again.
