2nd year at Sea Breeze

2nd time staying at Sea Breeze on Madeira Beach. Plan on staying next year again. Location is wonderful.

Absolutely love the addition of the keypad and new door replacement! This was our 5th yr in 103, and had hoped for a replacement every year! What a fantastic surprise! Glad to see the repairs coming along after the hurricane,too! Everything was wonderful- and we hope you guys come back stronger than ever!

Great Location

The property managers were so attentive and called us when the unit was ready, (which was well before the check-in time). Key pick up and drop off was easy and efficient. The unit was beautiful and well-stocked with dishes and cooking utensils. The view is incredible! We also loved how close it was to John’s Pass. We’d go back again, for sure!

Overall we had a great time celebrating our 34 anniversary always enjoy Seabreeze and TRS makes it so easily I spoke to so many people at the hot tub and pool that had a not so pleasant experience using there rental company I referred them to TRS rental for there next stay

Great stay!

We really enjoyed this rental. It was so easy to get to the beach. Beach itself was great. Not crowded at all. The pool area was well maintained. Plenty of parking. We utilized the laundry area on the 4th floor and it was great (reasonably priced and clean). John's Pass was a do-able walk. The unit itself was very well equipped. There wasn't anything we needed that the unit was lacking. View from the balcony was beautiful. Highly recommend this unit.

Great location, nice condo

We were in town to spread my fathers ashes but obviously did fun things as well. The kitchen is more than stocked which was very nice and they also have a fully stocked beach closet that was so helpful! We enjoyed our trip/stay. Pillows were a bit firm for us, but we just bought some at Walmart. We also couldn’t find a broom and the sand got drug in so easily. Made floors slippery, but it’s inevitable. :) Make sure to take/purchase trash bags, dish soap, hand soap, TP, paper towels, etc as they do not supply. If staying more than a couple days, you will also have to wash your own towels as no laundry service.

Great Unit - Unfortunate issue with Painting of Building

The unit was great, beachfront, however, we were not able to enjoy the balcony due to the painting of the building. The Boom LIft was very loud and the painters were going back and forth and up and down in front of our balcony. I wish we would have been warned ahead of time that this was going to be going on so we could have made a choice to stay or not. We paid extra to enjoy the view of the balcony beachfront but were unable to use it.

Florida Thanksgiving 2022

Loved the area, so much to do in walking distance. Love the pool in full sun all day long. Short distance to the beach, beach chairs, umbrellas and toys in condo. Great possibility of returning. Just wish there was washer and dryer but not the end of the world. great place to stay

Home away from home!

We loved our stay at your unit in Seabreeze, the accomodations were very clean and the beach theme was perfectly styled. The only thing I would ask to make it better is that toilet paper, paper towels, and garbage bags would be furnished for the full stay. A broom would have come in handy as well to sweep up the sand. But overall it was a 5 STAR stay! Thank you for sharing your condo with us.

Our stay

When entering the location the floors were extremely dirty and the entire place had a very very strong smell of bleach. While staying on the property we could not enjoy our time on the balcony due to people smoking weed either above us or in the parking lot. Also the master bedroom was setup with 2 beds and the guest room was setup as the master room. Paying that amount of money to stay on vacation there we would figure the parents would get the master bedroom with the master bath.

Absolutely Perfect

Views are amazing from the balcony and the condo was perfect! Very close to shopping and restaurants. John’s Pass is minutes away! Everything you need is there. Just like home but better views. Very clean and and updated! There’s a closet with beach chairs, blanket and umbrellas; even a beach cart to haul everything! We did add to the beach closet with some beach toys and floaties for the pool. Will definitely book again.. just know that 3 pm check in isn’t guaranteed. They got us checked in as soon as it was cleaned. Other than that perfect stay.
