Our family have been living in Paris and and renting our home on VRBO since 2002. Paris is our favorite city in the world and we love to share the local experience and insider tips with guests. We recently purchased this larger apartment and have spent one year renovating it to the high standards that our guests demand so you won't see VRBO reviews for this new place yet even though we are experienced hosts. Our last home was featured on Househunter's International in the US and still runs from time to time so you might recognise us. You will have a professional check-in, detailed guide and of course us for any questions that come up along the way. Please note that we recently added a dog to our family. She is a Lagotto Romagnolo, hypoallergenic and does not shed so you should not even notice her presence. We want your stay to be truly exceptional and are here to help! Martin & Tam

Our home is truly rare - located in the Haut Marais - it's perfectly central to everything you want to see - museums, monuments, Seine. You will stay where Paris Fashion Week takes place 6 times per year and our neighborhood cafés have the best people watching in Paris. There is a stunning third floor view of the Square du Temple park, beautiful Haussmannian architecture and Mairie de Paris 3eme monument. All the best restaurants, shopping and art galleries are a 5 to 10 minute walk. Don't miss the Picasso Museum, Place de Vosges and Café Charlot.

Everything is brand new! The apartment is 140 sq meters / 1500 sq feet with 2 showers, 1 full bath and 4 toilets. Each of the three large bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom with toilet for maximum privacy. The elevator and air conditioning are rare benefits maximum comfort. The large cook's kitchen has its own herb garden on the balcony and everything you need if you like to cook (or lots of counter space for take out.) All the windows and new and double paned. The apartment is surprisingly calm and quiet and flooded with natural light. We have fast fiber optic internet in case you need to stay connected.
