2019年夏に完全リニューアル!! デュプレックスのこの素晴らしい2ベッドルーム、1バスアッパーアパートメントには、新しいフローリング、キッチン、バスルームがあります！ ニューポートの最高のサーフィンビーチの1つに近く、砂浜に歩いてすぐです。 家族での休暇に最適なビーチハウス。 砂からわずか4軒の家。 プロフェッショナルな装飾が施され、家から離れてあなたの家に必要なものがすべて揃っています。

オランダの正面玄関に入ると、アーチ型の天井、リビングエリア、フラットスクリーンテレビのあるリビングルームに足を踏み入れます。 宿泊施設の正面に向かうと、バーベキュー、パティオテーブル、椅子、傘のあるパティオに通じる引き戸があります。

施設に戻ると、新しく改装された真っ白なキッチンのすぐそばに、趣のあるダイニングテーブルがあります。 積み重ねられたランドリーユニットはリビングルームのすぐそばにあり、ビーチの家にあるとは限りません。

2つのベッドルームと1つの作り直しのフルバスルーム。フロント下部ユニット付きの共有ガレージに1つの駐車場。 SLP12938

Perfectly Cute Beach Apartment

The property was exactly what I had hoped for. Everything was newly redone and very clean. The garage was a bonus, as parking on the street is difficult. Great location; convenient to stores, restaurants, and walks on the beach. I would of loved to stay there 2-3 weeks!

I love having a lock box instead of having to travel to an office to pick up and drop off keys. Seems minor but really was a differentiator. This unit worked well for us and we would rent it again.

Nice, but ….

The condo was newly renovated but for something just renovated it smelled incredibly musty, the heat didn’t work, it was damp and dirty, blinds were broken, the curtains were dirty and the couch was gross. I wouldn’t stay here again.

Newport Beach, 114 E. 42nd Street condo

Overall, our condo was comfortable and clean. Location is great and just a short walk to the beach. However, our towels were old , dingy, stained and smelled bad. One of the comforters was soiled. The management company was very nice and sent new replacements sometime that day but we had a hard time reaching anyone in the morning. Furnishings could use some updating. Sofa is old, soiled and stained. Throw pillows are stained and torn. It would be very helpful if there were instructions for using the washing machine and dryer. The television instructions provided referenced cable T.V. and this unit didn't have cable. The streaming service we use wasn't on the menu, and we spent hours trying to figure how to get something we liked. Perhaps the property owner could consider providing a code from their own streaming service to their paying guests so that guests will be able to watch what they like. We spent way too much time on these problems. .

Quiet, comfortable and perfectly located

We really enjoyed our two week stay at 114 42nd. Easy and fun walks to Newport Pier and the Lido village area. Apartment was just as described with modern kitchen and nice quiet bedrooms. Was working remotely and internet didn’t let me down . Would definitely stay here again!

Great location!

Beautiful and bright beach condo! The house and beds were clean, just a few steps away from the sand, easy check in and check out process. Feedback would echo more mirrors and bathroom towels. But we made due ! :) We had to change our dates last minute and you guys were super accommodating, thank you! Even allowed us to check in early last minute! Thank you. Note to future renters-Make sure IF your car doesn’t fit into their parking garage that you plan on knowing how to parallel park on small streets and small spaces if you’ve never been to this area ;), if you happen to not be able to find a spot, there’s a large open “superior lot” that was open .3 miles away to park at by the Jack N the box that we needed on 1 night that we went out to eat. We had an amazing time! Would definitely recommend!
