My family absolutely loved our stay. The house and grounds are beautiful. My granddaughters and myself loved the pool. My son enjoyed his time fishing. We couldn't have been happier!

The home was very accommodating. They have a coffee machine and a keurig, so you can use whichever you prefer. They have every kind of baking dish and kitchen utensil you could need, plenty of towels, sheets, blankets, pool rafts, kayaks, tv in every room. House is located on nice canal with close access for launching most boats at Ainger Boat Ramp to bring back to the house. For larger boats like ours that couldnt fit inder Mcall Bridge, Indian Mound Park was only a few minutes away and let us out to the intercoastal, lemon bay and a quick cruise to stumps pass.

Overall, we enjoyed our visit. But there are definitely some ‘pros and cons’ to where we stayed, as we’ve been to Florida multiple times throughout the years. The ‘Pros’ are, great location, where everything is within 10 minutes or less for your needs. Very spacious house with all the amenities, love the sheltered atrium with the radio and tables to get out of the sun near the pool. Nice large kitchen with updated appliances. The beds were extremely comfortable, and with three bathrooms were nice to have. And given we visited Florida during a very hot time of the year, the house stays amazingly cool.The ‘cons’ are, that some of the cleanliness standards were not up to par, with dirty handprints on doors, the air fryer we used was dirty from previous usage, the pool toys were dirty and tattered, and could be replaced. Two of the box fans that we used, were dirty with loads of dust and dirt on the screens that could be cleaned. Also, the pool is approximately just barely over 5 feet and not close to 6 feet in depth.Overall, overall, Katherine (Owner) was responsive to any inquiries we had and we’re very appreciative during our visit to stay here. We do recommend this rental to others in the future and Englewood was great.

This lovely house met all of our needs. Beautifully decorated, fabulous pool, thoughtfully furnished. We were sad to leave it and hope to stay there again the next time we visit Englewood. This was our first VRBO stay, and our next one will have a hard time living up to the standards of this one.

This property really had it all! Very well kept. Very close to the beach. Beautiful decor!! Loved the pool. It was perfect for our family get away after a long summer. Can’t wait to visit this location again!

We truly enjoyed our time at this property. The host was very helpful in answering all of our questions. Pool and spa were absolutely wonderful, after a long day at the many beaches close to the house. We will definitely be back . As everyone else commented, this house is a perfect place to stay. Close to all the local local restaurants, shops , and beaches.

We had a great stay at the home. Everything was as expected and accommodated our family. Pool area and hot tub was very nice. Conveniently located to all of the local beaches. We highly recommend and would stay again

Family Vacation

This home was perfect for our family and we loved everything the property had to offer. The heated pool was a major plus and we would highly recommend this place to everyone and look forward to booking again.

My husband and I purchased home in summer of 2019. We just (September 2024) finished remodel of entire home with a great beachy feel. We stay at home occasionally but love to share it while we are not there.

This home is close to Downtown Englewood and so many fun spots like restaurants on the water. Love to watch the fish jump in the canal. Lemon Bay has tons of dolphins and manatees. Great boating, sailing, fishing, biking, kayaking and so mush more.

We love the layout of this home. Large sunroom. We don't even use the living room. Two master bedrooms. 3rd bedroom also has own bathroom. Love that we can boat to Lemon Bay directly from home.
