Great house for group of friends

I had a great time celebrating my bachelorette at this house! It had everything we needed. The host was extremely responsive and flexible, letting us check in early. House was close to a lot of bars, restaurants and shopping. Beds were very comfy as well!

Amazing property!

The location of the property was great and convenient; a very quick Uber ride to Old Town and number of restaurants and bars within reasonable walking distance. The house itself was perfect for my group of friends, and we absolutely loved the outdoor seating area and the pool. In addition, Stephany was very easy to communicate with and always responsive. Highly recommend this property for your Scottsdale stay!

Bachelorette Weekend

Such a wonderful place to stay while in Scottsdale. We came for a bachelorette weekend and Stephany was very easy to get in contact with and even let us check in early for decor to be set up. The pool was perfect for our at home pool day and the house was spacious for everyone on the trip. I will definitely recommend to anyone looking to travel to Scottsdale!

Perfect size and location for Bachelorette Party

The house was a great size, comfortably accommodated all 14 of us! The cabinets were well stocked with plates and cups and silverware, and there were plenty of towels. I loved that the door is opened with a code instead of a key, so much easier for large groups.

2024 Waste Management Golf Trip...

Great spot for a guys trip to the Waste Management Phoenix Open and some golf. The house had plenty of room and the kitchen and bathrooms were newly remodeled. A couple of the mattresses could use some upgrading and few more kitchen amenities would be nice but nothing that would prevent us from staying here again. The heated pool, although costing us extra, was an excellent option.

Bachelorette Party

We had 9, mid-30s women stay at Stephany's house for a long weekend bachelorette party. The house was perfect for what we needed: plenty of beds, bathrooms, and a large common area for hanging out. The pool was fantastic with a good backyard, porch area and high fences. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, and Stephany was responsive and friendly throughout the whole booking and stay process. Would absolutely recommend!

Amazing house for girls trip!

We stayed at Stephany’s house in June for a bachelorette party and it was such an awesome place. Everything was clean, great layout for 11 girls but the highlight was the pool. Huge and a must have for a Scottsdale summer. Stephany was amazing with communication and check in/out was super easy. Would book again in a heartbeat!

I stayed here with a group of girls for my bachelorette party and it was the perfect place to stay. Plenty of space, beds were comfy, check in was easy and convenient, and it was clean and a super cute place! This was the perfect place for our bachelorette party of 14! We thoroughly enjoyed the indoor and outdoor spaces. The house was exactly as described. We had everything we needed to cook large meals. We had enough supplies for our 5 night stay. The location was great - short Uber rides to everywhere we went. Neighborhood felt safe - a couple ladies went out for a morning run. Stephany is a dream to work with...great communication and gave some fantastic local recommendations. A few of us plan to come back with our families. I know my kids would love the bunk room and the pool!

Great home and great local

The home was clean, well stocked and provided plenty of indoor and outdoor space for all of us. We made good use of the back patio / pool area and it was private and comfortable. The home was within a very short drive to ASU, old town Scottsdale. We had a few questions and Stephany was quick to respond. Overall we had a very nice stay.

Amazing home for family wedding

The house was absolutely amazing. We had 7 adults and could have easily had 3 more or even kids. The location was perfect. Minutes from downtown Scottsdale. Great areas to shop and dine too. It is 15 minutes from the airport so great commuting time. We enjoy walking, and the neighborhood was perfect for walking. The pool area and open concept of the house was great for family dinners and entertaining. Will definitely stay again when back in town. Communication with the property manager was great too.

Plenty of room, updated, beautiful property

We really enjoyed this property. We had ample room for our family and enjoyed the backyard and pool also. Everything was clean and nicely decorated. It felt like home:). The neighborhood is quiet. Stephany responded immediately to any messages left. My only small recommendation would be to put some hooks in the bathrooms. Would absolutely love to stay here again!

Beautiful house, great location!

We were a group of 10 who stayed here for a bachelorette party and the house was super cute. We loved the pool area and there was plenty of space for almost everyone to have their own bed. This house is also very close to old town and we could get everywhere with just a quick Uber ride. Highly recommend!

This place was a dream! There were 9 of us total so it was amazing to have plenty of space but could have easily fit more comfortably! We all kept saying how we wanted to move in. From the house decor to the cleanliness to the quick and helpful communication, we’re dying to go back!

Soooo cute

Unforgettable experience- quiet safe neighborhood near old town. My girls friends and I all felt so comfortable the beds are amazing each room and bathroom so cute and clean- I want to replicate the kitchen decor! Pool was great lemon and orange tree in the backyard- house stocked with towels and even had spices cooking supplies and things you need but don’t necessarily want to buy for a short trip. We miss it already!

Would stay again!!

I’ve stayed at many VRBO’s and one thing I think is always lacking is communication the property manager- that was not the case with this property. They were organized, prompt, and available if and when needed. The property is beautiful and our group kept commenting on how great it was. I would highly recommend!!
