Coral Reef is an 82-unit complex on Thomas Drive, Panama City Beach FL. Two miles to St Andrews State Park. Less crowds, less traffic but close to everything. Two pools ( one heated in cooler months ), gym, gazebo and on site parking! This 13th floor 2 bedroom 2 bath condo sleeps up to six in beds plus a sleeper sofa with 1427 sf of living space and AMAZING gulf front views! Both bedrooms have king or queen beds and ensuite bathrooms - perfect for two couples or a family!

• Large, fully equipped kitchen (drip and Keurig coffee maker), tons of cabinet space and a separate breakfast area, dining area and breakfast bar. We supply some coffee, snacks, bottles of shampoo/conditioner/body wash and hand soap at each sink. We want you to feel at home! Coral Reef HOA does NOT allow pets.

• Living room has a large flat screen smart TV, comfortable seating with a recliner, sofa and chairs for comfortable seating. We provide a few novels and games for you to enjoy. Relaxing beach décor throughout.

• Our Master suite is spacious, great Gulf front views, king bed, work desk and a walk-in closet. The ensuite bathroom is luxurious and spa like with a large, open walk in shower with grab bars and seat, double vanities, taller comfort level toilet, and a beautiful claw foot tub! Our Shower has great accessibility and safety with a seat and grab bars.

• Spacious Guest room has two comfortable Queen beds and its own updated ensuite bathroom with an open walk-in shower with grab bars for safety. Perfect for couples traveling together!

• New high speed wireless internet, Direct TV with newer smart TVs for streaming and a keypad lock for the convenience of our guests.

• Balcony is 130sf, gulf front with amazing panoramic Gulf views, table with 4 chairs, two adirondack chairs and a few beach toys for you to use.

• Small table off the kitchen with amazing views of the Grand Lagoon - I often sit there and enjoy sunrise.
Full size front load washer/dryer.

• Complimentary Beach Chair Service March thru October (2 lounge chairs 1 umbrella $60/day value)

• Two pools (one heated in cooler months), beachfront gazebo, small fitness center, and on-site parking. Up to 2 cars per condo.

• No pets allowed; No smoking or vaping in condo (Must clean up butts/debris and keep door closed if smoking on balcony). No groups of single adults under 25 (Young Families always welcome)

Security Deposit is a $500 Hold / Authorization on credit card (includes VRBO/ AirBnB guests)

Guest must sign owner's rental contract within 24 hours of requested booking and email a copy of their driver's license or booking will be cancelled. This includes VRBO and AirBNB guests/bookings.

Cancellation Policy: $500 cancellation fee if 45 days (90 days for monthly rentals) or more before arrival; No refund if less than 45 / 90 days prior to arrival.
