I noticed you gave a glowing review and you did not contact me concerning anything that you may have found that was less than expected or desired so I gave you a perfect rating review. I would like to know what you found that did not please you during your stay. You may contact me anytime and let me know what, if anything you found wrong so I could fix it befoe the next guest. I went by that condo after you left and everything seemed fine. The guest before you gave it a perfect rating and since you did not contact me, again I do not know of anything I need to do to get a better rating. Sorry for any confusion, the small mountain stream is located about 100 feet from the balcony overlooking the outside pool. The hotel next door has planted a row of cover trees that now do block the clear view of the creek. The balcony view looking up River Road lets you see the fairly close valley, which is about 1/2 mile to the entrance of the National Forest. Please remember you are in downtown Gatlinburg, not outside with several miles to drive to get to Gatlinburg. Thanks again for choosing to be our guests. Sincerely, Sam
