Other than weather, it was a great stay. Great communication with owners on a few minor issues. Made the challenging weather issues a non-event.

The place was clean, quiet, and relaxing. Steps away to the beach where you can see sea turtles every evening around sunset.

Great location other than a little challenge with getting the unit building and unit number initially, it was a great stay and we plan to book again in the future.

It was a great and very quiet spot which was right across the street from the beach. Well maintained property, other guests/residents were friendly. Very clean apartment with kitchen well stocked, laundry, walk in closet. Amazing to have beach chairs and umbrella, boogey boards, some snorkel gear available to not have to rent elsewhere. Thank you for the great stay!!

Fantastic stay here! Condo was clean & well organized. The beach is literally across the street. Trudy was an awesome host, answered emails and/or texts with no delay. Highly recommend

They advertised a lanai with ocean view. Although the view was very nice because of the greenery and flowers it was not ocean view

Great condo complex to come with family

We stayed in the same condo complex but different condo in November. We liked it a lot so we returned back in March.- Great location, only few minutes walk from Kalepolepo Beach. This beach is great for kids : shallow, protected with rock wall with turtles sitting on rocks. - Condo complex has very nice swimming pool and hot tub. We spent a lot of time there after the beach. The water in swimming pool is not heated but warm enough to swim. - Our condo was renovated and had nice tall ceilings. - Kitchen was great for cooking. It was fully stocked with all cooking essentials. Also salt, pepper, oil, other spices, coffee, filters and paper towel was provided. - King bed in bedroom was comfortable to sleep. The linens seamed to be old with stains. The comforter was faded and old too. It didn't bother us but it would be nice to have new fresh linens and new fresh comforter. - Bedroom had nice curtains but not black out blinds. For some people it might be a problem. My husband didn't like it because he like to sleep on vacation a little longer sometimes. - Bedroom has nice spacious closet. - Owners provide beach chairs. We used one of them. It was nice to have it. Also they provide beach towels which is great. - We were family of four but had only 3 big towels. It would be nice to have few more of them. - The pullout couch in the living room has very uncomfortable mattress. The mattress topper would make the mattress more comfortable. - The spacious balcony has nice comfortable outdoor furniture. - The toilet didn't have toilet brush. We contacted owners and they told us that noone before requested. Not a big deal. We went and bought toilet brush from Walmart and left it for future guests. - In November we stayed in first floor condo and we liked it better because it had less stairs. This condo is on second floor and there are quite few steps to take. There were no condos on first floor left at the time we were booking condo so we knew about the stairs. Thanks to owners for providing nice place to stay. We had a good time in Maui!

Trudy and Mark were wonderful hosts! We asked for an early check in and their reply was timely and they honored our request of an early check in (we stayed in two separate condos while in Maui and had frozen/refrigerated food that would have gone bad had we waited to check in later). I highly recommend this accommodation and would book again in the future!

Perfectly placed for everything you might want to experience

Wonderful property. The space was close to the highway so we could get to anywhere we needed to for the day. Also, right across the street was perfect beach access where we could lay down our worries in the sand. We we’re definitely grateful for the beach chairs and the insulated bag, though I will say one of the chairs is starting to break. The leg was a bit bent and if I was heavier set, probably would have finished it off. Otherwise this property is a delightful gem

Great place, easy check in/out

This condo was just as described in the listing. Bed was comfy, had all the essentials and even some extras. Very well kept, very clean, and check in/out process was super easy. Would definitely rent again.

Great place right across the street from the beach and in the heart of Kihei. The place has everything you need to enjoy your stay on Maui. Sad we had to leave so soon!

Incredible location with all amenities!

We loved our stay at this condo! The beach across the street was lovely. All amenities in the condo made it just like being at home. Location was easy access to The Road to Hana, Kihei town, forest hiking, etc. Wonderful place to stay!

Fantastic location with great amenities!

Easy access to somewhat private beach was amazing! Condo had everything we needed and more. Loved all the extras in the kitchen....coffee maker & supplies, condiments, blender.... everything you might possibly need. Nice to have A/C option for hot afternoon, yet not needed at night with cool breezes. Perfect stay!

Great place a bit away from the main strip of Kihei Dr.

Loved the property itself - great design and well stocked for our day to day needs (bath and beach towels, extra sheets, washer/dryer, beach chairs). It's not as close to the "action" on Kihei Dr, so you do have to drive to restaurants and beaches, but Kihei is not a large place, so it doesn't take long to do so. Great spot for our family! I'd definitely stay again. The only unpleasant experience was with our contact person (not the actual owners), who was pretty rude on the phone with me when I asked about cleaning fees and why we were asked to strip the beds, gather towels, do the dishes etc when we're paying so much for cleaning fees. She basically scolded me for asking, and explained how much more work they'd be doing if we didn't do those basic things. I don't know, maybe this type of clean-up is the normal ask for VRBOs? I don't often use VRBO. But she could have just explained that's the norm if it is so.

Perfect!

Just what we needed... a comfortable bed, hot shower, and a beach across the road- with lazing sea turtles! It had everything we needed. It was a bit farther from all the activity in southern Kihei (more peaceful)... sometimes we even had the beach to ourselves. The farmer’s market, an adorable bakery with coconut cream pies to die for, and a shave ice place are about a mile up the road as well. We wish we were still there. Aloha

Great location

The property owners were very responsive and helpful. Very clean, well stocked condo. Enjoyed the pool and jacuzzi each day. Good location and close to many activities.

Great Kihei Getaway

My sister and I loved our week in this lovely condo in N. Kihei. Very well-stocked kitchen with roomy bedroom and living area. Clean and well decorated. Very convenient location.

Nice rental in great location

Great location across the street from a small (not crowded!) beach. Walking distance to grocery stores and restaurants. Ideally located for day trips to Haleakalā and road to Hana. Renters were very responsive and friendly.

Perfect condo

Amazing property! Beach across the street is prefect and great for snorkeling. KBV is the prefect location for staying in Kihei. Trudy's condo was quiet and stocked as promised. Couldn't ask for a better condo and will definitely stay here again.
