We really enjoyed our stay! The house is adorable, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location is great, just a short drive from town, making it convenient for exploring. The neighborhood is pretty quiet for the most part, which made enjoying coffee on the porch in the mornings very lovely. A few things to keep in mind if you’re visiting during snow or icy conditions: the road to the house is very steep, and the driveway is steep as well. A 4-wheel drive vehicle is definitely recommended, honestly probably required. I don’t think we would have made it up the street if we didn’t have it. It’s also a good idea to have a shovel or other means to clear ice, as one wasn’t provided on the property.Overall, a lovely stay, and we’d happily return.

Great weekend getaway close to the historic downtown.

Great hideaway close to the historic downtown area. The beds were so comfortable. Everything very clean. Evening on the porch was great. We will definitely come back to this property.

The home was in a great location, very convenient to downtown Hot Springs. The rooms were large and the beds comfortable, but one recommendation would be get living room furniture that is comfortable to sit on. The futon couch and 2 straight backed cushioned chairs were not very comfortable to sit/lay on. But overall, the stay was great, and it was nice to have access to a washer and dryer.

Great Location and Comfortable

We enjoyed our stay! The house was beautiful and comfortable and in a very convenient location. It had everything we needed to cook some meals and was close to hiking and bathhouse row. This was our second time visiting Hot Springs but the first for our children and friend. It was easy to check in and check out.

Location was great. Beds were very comfortable. Need additional and more comfortable seating in family room and a sound bar for the tv. Would consider staying again Thanks!

Great time in Hot Springs

We stayed 2 nights during our spring break. The house is clean and comfortable. The location is great for the activities we wanted to do. We walked the promenade and bathhouse row. Touched and tasted the water. We went gem mining, and went up the hot springs tower. We really enjoyed pizza from the Greatful Head. We could have stayed longer and done more! Our boys are 9 and 6 and had a great time. The beds are comfortable and we slept well. Thank you for a great stay!

Great Location

The house is very clean, ideally located close to town center but easy to get to Ouachita area. For a smaller group it’s a wonderful choice. A steep driveway and creaky wooden floors (during bathroom breaks at night!) were the only challenges with our smaller kids.

Okay property - very minimal bungalow- beds comfortable. Be aware rough steep driveway. Older home with musty smell., but clean. Ideal if not staying at property but just need place to lay your head.

Great for our family and dog!

We stayed in Hot Springs for 3 nights. The rental was walking distance from a great coffee place. An old house in an older neighborhood, it was a little “worn”. This was great for kids and a dog. BUT It was very cutely and cleanly appointed and had very had comfy beds with nice pillows and nice clean sheets and a hot shower. Met our needs and close to the attractions.
