Awesome Stay in Georgia

The home was beautiful and well equipped with all the items we need for our stay. The host was very helpful and very professional. Definitely would stay in his home on our next visit to Georgia.

Disgusting stay and deception

Any and everyone should be aware!!!! This home is filthy and appeared to be lived in. Upon arrival it was pitch black and the lawn was overgrown. We we entered we knew immediately we wouldn't stay. The refrigerator had food and a almost empty bottle of liquor. The cabinets were full of food items that were open. The laundry area had dirty clothes and towels on top. The bedrooms looked dirty with broken down furnishings. The extra bedding was just thrown on the closet floor of one of the bedrooms. The closets had some form of clothe covering them and they were dirty. The futon was filthy and heavily worn. The entire home had dim lighting so you barely see. The so called studio room was extremely dark, so there was no way to see anything in that room at all. The throw rugs were old, torn around the edges, and dirty. One of the bedrooms had a portable A/C unit with a hose going out the window. Lastly, the home smelled terrible. I couldn't believe the Host would dare rent this with a cost totaling over $2000.00. When confronted he got defensive and implied that I wanted my money back because I had problems with my payment. He tried to remedy things by going to the house to "clean it again." Be were left with trying to find hotels for a family of 6 at 11:00pm. We are here from Texas with no knowledge of Atlanta. We paid for two hotel rooms for 2 nights, and have made other accomadations for the remainder of our stay here. BEWARE!!!!!

Nice for a quick stay!

The owner was very nice and easy to communicate with. Rooms and common space were very spacious as well. The only constructive criticism that I have is that the cleanliness could’ve been a little better. There was a cigarillo in the couch in the family room and the outdoor patio furniture had a lot of dirt and leaves on them. The house could also use more up to date renovations like in the kitchen, and living room area.

Birthday get away

The house was everything.. clean very roomy and back outside was awesome.. the owner was on top of everything if you need anything.. thank you again for sharing your home with us.. can’t wait to book again

Studio

We enjoyed our time in Atlanta. Although the pictures of the house online looks cleaner and more updated than the actual house. The garage where the pool table is we couldn't enjoy because of the strong dog smell. The freezer door wouldn't stay shut so the floor stayed wet. We had to clean the patio furniture so we could sit outback, the home could have been cleaned better which was brought to the owners attention when he came over to fix the tv. We cleaned and disinfected ourselves. The hot water doesn't stay hot long at all. Our checkout is at 10a.m we were outback having our last girls moment when the cleaning lady came early trying to come in. Lastly the Studio couldn't work because all the wires were cut/damaged which is why we chose this location. Asked how we get the studio to work but wasn't given an answer. The price should be adjusted to being without the studio. Do the updates and it could be a home away from home

family trip

The property location was very easy accessible to major roads . A variety of sight seeing opportunities ,restaurants , or grocery store. Neighborhood is quite, and the host is very accommodating.
