House needs a good through cleaning. Had to cancel our plans for technician to come out for internet. Half the games did not work. Last night there we finally got information to theater which we had to download apps on our phone to operate. Beds on cinderblocks. Big Hole in the ceiling.Grill rusting out. Hot tub not usable and so many fire hazards. Host claimed they would refund 2 nights and cleaning fees. Did not do it and now will not stay true to there words.

VRBO themselves did great trying to make this right, the owner of the property was not. House was unlocked when we arrive, safety concern. Home was not clean (trash on floor-including a pregnancy test between wall and vanity), had to wash dishes before we could use them, we had to purchase toilet paper, paper towels, plastic silverware as there weren't enough to accommodate amount of guests permitted, half the games did not work, moldy coffee grounds left in coffee maker, light fixtures and doors falling off the walls, couldn't use hot tub (was not clean), one rooms light didn't even work, framing falling apart, and more.Accommodations at the home did not match what is "being offered" which is a huge misrepresentation. They did try to come and repair items however having strangers in the home while we are there with our children or having them there while we are out with all of our belongings was not an option. These should have been taken care of prior to our arrival. This was the worst experience and had we had other options we would not have stayed.

definitely could’ve / should’ve been better as advertised and for the nightly rate. Some of the games did not work, hot tub does not get warm at all and the kitchen sink leaks. No compensation or discount from host for ammenties not working as advertised

Overall experience

Me and my family enjoyed our stay only thing I wish was different was me being able to use the jacuzzi. It wasn’t working and going into the movie theater was a little creepy but overall we enjoyed it there.

We arrived around midnight. The door lock was acting up and homeowners helped us get in. Home was spacious, no blankets and only a few towels (4) for 6 of us. Internet was not working at all, during any of our stay which included the tvs and no outdoor trash can was available.

Overall

It was okay. The air wasn't working very good the first night and quit working the second, took co-host three hours to get us fans for the night. It could have been cleaner. We checked out two days early due to this and not even a discount for the heat! Game room was fun, especially with the kids!

Great Place

The overall stay was great! Places is definitely bigger in person pictures don’t do justice. Great for small events with your people. Only down fall was there was no extra tissue & no trash bags. Would’ve picked some up if I knew there wouldn’t be any.

Best Host Ever !!!!!

This house have everything you need and more . The host very quick with response and very understanding. I had no problems getting in and The movie theater room / gaming room so nice. Very quiet neighborhood and not out the way . I highly recommend this house and definitely recommend to all my friends and family. 10/10 service.
