Migue’s Tiny Miami alcove at marlins stadium

Small, private and practical — perfect for a solo traveler or a couple. This cozy studio is located in the heart of Little Havana, just steps away from the famous Calle 8 and directly across the street from Marlins Stadium.

The unit features a twin bed, a regular private bathroom, and a mini kitchenette (ideal for heating meals or making coffee — not for cooking).
Includes WiFi, smart TV (antenna only), full air conditioning, hair dryer, shampoo, iron, and a laptop-friendly workspace.
Coin-operated washer/dryer available at the back of the building — not managed by us.

Located at the end of the hallway in a multi-family building, so occasional noise from other residents may be expected. There is no private parking. Street parking is usually available, and on occasion, a few unreserved spots next door may be used only if available.
Please note: Street parking is at the guest’s own risk. We are not responsible for tickets or towing under any circumstance.

This is a basic and compact unit, ideal for short stays. If you're expecting a luxurious or spacious apartment, this may not be the right fit.

A good stay

For who are alone its a good cost/benefit option, I just think that maybe could be a little bit cleaner when I arrived. Despite that, approved!

It's okay, you get what you pay for

The price is quite low for Miami so you just can't expect five stars hotel. It was quite clean, indeed very tiny. For me Little Havana was nothing interesting so usually every day escaped from it. The owner let me keep luggages in his apartment after check-out and he was really nice.

No es apto para dos personas

El lugar es sumamente pequeño y estuvimos muy incómodos mi esposo y yo. El anuncio decía que había "cama doble" pero en realidad es un colchón individual extra para ponerlo en el piso y quedar acostado a un lado del baño. El vecindario es muy ruidoso. Las personas que viven en el lugar gritan desde muy temprano. Los vecinos que están en el piso de arriba hacen mucho ruido y se escucha cada uno de sus pasos. Uno de los días que nos quedamos se escucharon muchas sirenas de ambulancia, otro día nos despertó el ruido de quien podaba afuera (el cuarto da a la calle). La tercera noche nos tocó que los gatos de la calle se estuvieran peleando. En suma, no tuvimos tranquiidad para descansar. Durante el día no estuvimos, y qué bueno, porque no me imagino que otros ruidos podríamos haber escuchado. En suma, creo que la relación entre el precio y la calidad no es adecuado.

Look forward to traveling alone!

This property is charming and convenient. The space is perfect for one, or two close friends whotravel light. I walked, biked, and bussed to restaurants, beaches, and museums. If you like to walk and have minimal luggage, an inexpensive airport train will get you close enough. The Tiny space is brightly decorated and cozy. I look forward to staying there again

Good place for short stays

The apartment is functional (very small) and well located, easy to get to downtown Miami. In addition, access by a code allows travelers to arrive independently. Only problem, the ad indicates that it is an apartment for two people, but there was only one single bed. In addition, it is a bit noisy (airplane noise at night in particular). Overall, this accommodation is convenient for a short stay, and good value for money.

Great little one studio for a single person. And location is right next to the stadium.

Experience was good. Bed is only a twin so if your traveling with someone be prepared there is only a twin bed. Other then that the property was great for the price!

Cool, convenient, economic

Cool place and people. Across the street from beautiful Marlins stadium. Nice exterior building artwork. Dust on top of refrig, but convenient and definitely economic.
