I was accused of hosting a large party, but it was actually a small get-together. More people began arriving without my permission, and once I realized this, I immediately worked to get the situation under control and have everyone leave. While I was actively resolving the issue, the owner was mildly disrespectful. I cooperated fully and made every effort to de-escalate and clear the space as quickly as possible.

Property in general was very nice. Unfortunately the propane for the bbq and outdoor heater was basically out. I noticed first night they were at least low based off weight and immediately reached out. No response from our property manager. Next day I went to bbq and ran out a few minutes after starting the grill. Reached out again about it and this time he responded and had some delivered about an hour i think after I had reached out. Luckily there was just enough in the other tank from outdoor heater that I was able to finish up dinner but it created a delay to an even planned that night as dinner was delayed. I was very disappointed that no response the first day even though I had already brought it to attention. I mentioned this to our host manager and asked for something to be done about a bill credit as an apology for this oversight multiple times but no response was ever given. Property very nice but not impressed with the management liaison.

Boys Golf Trip

This was a great house and is the best house we’ve rented in recent years. Great layout, 5 BR and nice kitchen. Highly recommend.

Great House for Family to Share!

The house was great! 3 families gathered in the house and had a wonderful time. We would recommend this house. There is a playground around the corner and dirt hiking trails near by too.

My group of five golfers stayed in your five-bedroom home, which we found to be convenient to golf and restaurants. Home is beautifully laid out, with a well-equipped kitchen, nice patio and good furnishings. Central living area is light and spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

If you are playing west metro Phoenix courses, this spot is perfect for your foursome. If you are looking for a spot away from the traffic with awesome views and plenty of walking trails, this is the spot. Mike from Kansas.

Beautiful house in a great location. Property manager was terrific and very responsive. Much of the furniture is quite dated and needs to be replaced.

Five bedroom ranch in a beautiful desert setting

Property was excellent, and just what we needed. Our group of five golfers each had a separate bedroom, and the central living area was both functional and nicely decorated. The unit is convenient to several golf courses, and restaurants are just a few miles away. We thought the price was reasonable for the value it provided.

Very Nice But

Nice place in nice neighborhood. Beautiful inside with great AC and comfort. Nice TV. However dishwasher leaked, broken door. Toaster worked but it had to be unplugged to make it pop up. Two of the beds had ok mattresses but two were so soft they were hard to sleep in. Also, none of the rooms had night stands with lights. The fifth bedroom was really a room with a bed in it. Nice place, but if I were to stay in Goodyear I might check other options although the price was good.

property needs attention

we came to AZ for my dads 80th birthday party. he lives in canta mia so we were only there to sleep and shower. the listing says the house sleeps 10 however we had to borrow bath towels so everyone could have their own. there was dog hair on the sheets in the master bedroom and mold on one of the pillows. the shower had mildew growing and the toilet had a black ring around the water line. pictures can be provided upon request.

Spacious home, terrible communication, unprofessional cleaning

This house has a spacious layout and a great backyard for entertaining your family and guests. With that said, we had a really bad experience overall. The house was not ready on time for us. There was still someone at the house trying to finish cleaning when we got there. He told us that it was ready to go but we later found out that it wasn't the case. The bed sheets, and pillow covers were not replaced. Even the coffee pot still had coffee left from previous guests. This was especially very frustrating considering the pandemic. We called and texted the primary contact, but he didn't get back to us. We finally called the management company (evolve), and told them the situation. First, they apologized, asked for pictures showing dirty linens and confirmed that they were gonna take care of it. We sent them the pics and left the house so they could clean. When we got home at 10pm, we were shocked to see that nothing was done!

A Great Stay

Liked that the house was in the back of a gated community so there was little noise. There was plenty of space to hang out. Enjoyed the games and puzzles that were available. The bedrooms were spacious. Had the necessities to cook meals.

Enjoyable Stay

We were pleased with our stay a group of 5 stayed. Our check in/check out went with ease. House is nice and roomy also clean. The games and books provided are a nice touch and the patio area is a really cool hangout spot. We also appreciated having garage parking and having a washer and dryer available.There were a couple of small things just to note but nothing major it wasnt an issue for us. The first is that one of the bedrooms has a very firm mattress I believe its the memory foam, if you're not use to a firm mattress it may be uncomfortable. One of the bedrooms is lit only by a lamp we could not get the lights on, as we were out and about a good deal of the time not an issue for us. And lastly just a note one of the bedrooms doesnt have a closet but there is plenty of closet space in the other rooms.

Nice Home & Nice Location

I am giving this home 5 stars because of the price, cleanliness, location and neighborhood. It has some wear and tear but at such a great price that can be overlooked. Kitchen was well stock Neighborhood in the gated community was quiet and felt very safe. We loved the location for mountain bike riding!! And the grounds around the house with the plants out in the courtyard and backyard was just lovely!! We would definitely stay here again.

Family time

House in great location, clean and well-furnished kitchen. 7 of us enjoyed the home, all retired! Loved the 4 king size beds. Mattresses very comfortable. Bring your own fire wood and enjoy the fire pit. Matt is an awesome home-owner and answers all questions immediately. Thank you very much for sharing your home. Four sisters and spouses try to rent a house to spend time together every year. This was a winner in rental properties.

Family Time

Lovely home in a great location. Clean with well-furnished kitchen. Took our own wood and enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings. Home owner very thoughtful and available immediately for a small problem and resolved right-away. Thank you very much to Matt for sharing his house for 7 of us to have a lovely family time. Loved all the king beds! This is not an amenity many houses have.
