Great stay

My wife and I had another wonderful stay at this beautiful home on Summerhaven in the Estrella area. The home is well equipped with everything you need and expect for an enjoyable time away. Communication with the owner and Evolve was great! This was our second time staying here and will definitely be back.

Great house !

We stayed 5 days in this amazing house. It’s very well stocked with everything for a large family. Pool is wonderful and the beds are comfortable The owner is very responsive and helpful! Location is perfect & close to local stores shopping. Thank you for a wonderful time.

We had an amazing stay. Management was very prompt when we need anything. The amenities were top notch. The home was so welcoming and filled with everything we needed and more. The property is beautiful. It is a place we would use again if we can to this same area. It’s also a great place for families with kids. The pool was amazing!

Summerhaven retreat

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful home in the Estrella Mountains area of Goodyear. This is a beautiful place and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed and more. We really loved the pool and made the best of the putting green. A few minor issues were quickly addressed. We will definitely look at staying at this wonderful retreat again in the future.

Better than our expectations

We throughly enjoyed our time at this home. Beautiful home and backyard. We had a minor issue upon checking in. The property manager Zach came by and resolved it that evening. The house is stocked with anything and everything you could think of needing. It felt like home by the time we left. Planning to return again next year for spring training games and hiking.

Cozy Christmas getaway

This house was exactly what we were looking for on our Christmas break! The focus of our trip was enjoying the outdoor space and the heated pool! The temps ranged from 50-75 during our stay and the heated pool was plenty warm for us at 87 degrees! Pool toys/floats were provided. The putting green and fire pit were fun additions.The house is modern, spacious, clean and so comfortable! The large bathtub in the master suite was wonderful. Everything is well organized, the kitchen is stocked with cooking essentials and there were several games to play. The host was amazing and responded quickly any time I reached out. The neighborhood is located near an elementary school and it felt so safe and festive with all the Christmas lights! We would most definitely stay here again!

Thanksgiving in Goodyear

This was truly the best VRBO we have stayed in. It is even nicer than the listing shows. Exceptionally clean, well stocked and comfortably furnished. It is just outside Phoenix but easily accessible. We took long walks and enjoyed the sunny days. The weather was a little too cool to use the pool so we will plan to return when it is warmer. The backyard is really great with a putting green, lovely pool, fire pit and very comfortable loungers. My husband and I stayed here while visiting family for Thanksgiving. We only used the master bedroom which was well furnished with an amazingly comfortable bed, nice linens and a large TV. The house can easily accommodate a family as the other guest rooms were equally well furnished. Great quiet neighborhood too. Highly recommend this

Great for a family!

We loved the house! It was clean, and SO much to do! We swam in the heated pool, played the provided board games, played mini golf, and enjoyed the fire pit. The property manager responded quickly to all of our questions/concerns. However, we were among the first to stay in this new listing, and it was clear that this home wasn’t quite ready to be rented out - there were things getting repaired/updated “next week” - like the pool light and auto timer for the pool heater. We had to sign an additional rental agreement outside of Vrbo, and provide additional info to stay there (and no cancellation) - and they left out a fee in their listing, so they conveniently charged it to our credit card on file.

Girls Weekend Escape

Estrella Mountain Ranch is a true retreat! Quiet neighborhood with ample amenities and activities nearby. The home is expertly decorated and well-appointed with everything we needed. From a fully stocked kitchen with dishes, cookware, & small appliances (including a keurig and drip coffee maker with coffee provided!), to comfortable beds with cozy, clean bedding, those toiletry items you sometimes forget, and indoor and outdoor games. The outdoor space is where we spent a great deal of our time. The pool was crystal clear (pool floats were provided), plenty of shade for those who didn't want too much sun, and a warm, oversized gas firepit and comfortable seating. We fully enjoyed our getaway and found this home to be perfectly suited for us with too many amenities to list. So much so that we barely left the property, other than for a couple of nearby hikes, during our 5-day stay! We can't wait to go back!

Clean, well appointed home in quiet Estrella Mountain neighborhood. We absolutely loved the layout of the home which allows plenty of space to relax and enjoy both the indoor and outdoor amenities. Everything was very clean, with no details missed in the kitchen, stocked with everything we might need... and more! Highly recommend staying here for anyone looking for a responsive host, clean private pool, friend or family getaway with board games, putting green or cornhole competitions. Location is perfect for Goodyear Ballpark events, Nascar and plenty of nearby golfing opportunities. We didn't want to leave and look forward to a future stay next year! Thank you for an amazing experience.

Amazing Property in Estrella Mountain

We had an absolute amazing stay at this property. The check in and communication prior was seamless. We did not experience any real issue while staying our six nights. The floor plan was great for this family of 5. The kids loved our time there as well, from just hanging out inside to the spacious outdoor pool, miniature golf, and pool toys. We kept so busy while there we didn't even get a chance to get a game of cornhole in. The kitchen had everything we needed from a few snacks left for us, in addition to anything we needed to cook. The master bedroom was great with the location being right next to the pool, very big, a huge walk-in closet, and both a shower and tub. We had hoped for better views of the Estrella Mountains but with this single-story property we knew that likely wouldn't be possible. However, the amenities and just overall how great of a stay we had that was a non-issue. We would not hesitate to return here on our next visit to the west valley.
