We recently stayed at this VRBO and overall had a good experience. The home was spacious just as listed, and had a well-equipped kitchen with a great variety of pans, cookware, spices, oils, and cooking spray—definitely a plus if you plan to cook during your stay. That said, it’s clear the property is a rental. It was mostly clean, but the floors left our feet black after walking around barefoot, so a deeper clean might be helpful. The kitchen faucet was a bit loose and hard to operate with one hand, and the soap at the sinks had been diluted or mixed, making it very watery. The backyard was a standout feature—very large and would be great for a dog, even though we didn’t bring one. There’s a propane grill available (though we didn’t use it), and while the outdoor space was big, the chair cushions were worn down with noticeable holes.Communication with the hosts was friendly and easy, though we did have to follow up once to get a response. Accessing the driveway was a bit tricky due to street traffic, but there was ample street parking available nearby. All in all, this property had plenty of space and amenities, especially for cooking and outdoor relaxation, with a few areas that could use some attention or maintenance.
