Family Vacation

Location and room were great. Parking was a little crammed and there was no toiletries so we had to buy some but the owner is great to get in touch with and we would definitely stay again.

Cute condo in a great location!

The condo was very nice and it was located so close to the beach access. The pool was also very nice. The owner provided very detailed and helpful information. We enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this property.

Wonderful family place to stay

This is our second stay here! Love that it’s across the street from the beach. Pool is very warm and clean. Condo is clean and has so much space (only had 4 people, but 6 would easily be comfortable too). Everything was great, look forward to next year!

Great location

Nice condo in excellent neighborhood. Ocean across the street with easy access. Plenty to do close by but quiet at the condo. Owner responds quickly to provide information.

This was the perfect spot for our family of 4! The condo was exactly as described; clean, well appointed, and located close to everything we love about Surfside. The beach access is so close! Roger is very responsive and even checked in with us mid week by text to see how things were going. We will definitely be coming back here next time we visit Surfside!

Awesome weekend

A great place to stay with easy check in and out process. I like the fact that Roger kept in contact regarding the tropical storm that had cam thru. Only thing that could be done is the mattress in the master bathroom could be updated. Thanks for an awesome weekend

Clean and great location

Not bad. Being on the 2nd floor you can hear footsteps above and the 2nd bedrooms tv remote didn’t work even with new batteries. Other then that very nice place to stay and convenient to everything!!

Wonderful place

This unit was great. Very clean upon arrival. The kitchen had plenty of cooking items which made cooking ao much nicer. It is a short walk to the beach. The pool was nice and clean as well. Though it is not a private pool we were the only ones there the day we used it.This is our families second time renting from Roger and he is great to deal with. The only thing to be aware of is the parking lot can get tight. If you have a bigger vehicle it may be better to park in one of the spots out front. All in all a great place to stay.

Nice Roomy 2 Bedroom Condo with Nice Pool

I loved the new and clean hardwood laminate floors and couldn't believe how roomy this condo is. (it actually has a real laundry room) Kitchen was big and had all the cooking utensils you could need. Kids loved the pool, they kept saying they couldn't believe the pool was an actual 8ft deep. (a rarity now days) They enjoyed diving to the bottom with their masks. The place was quiet and the next door neighbors (whom I had the pleasure of meeting and have lived in their unit for 20 years) said it is always that way. Beach access is just across the street, plenty of parking (the back lot is a bit tight, the small lot in front is roomier) is available and the front deck is nice, with a small view of the ocean and close enough you can hear the waves at night. Perfect place for kids! Enjoyed my vacation, and would definitely stay again. Also the owner is very accommodating , he was able to extend my stay by one day with no charge, due to my travels being delayed by a day because of the tropical storm. Thanks! Elliott
